"No, Dad, Yoongi-hyung's favorite color is black and white, you can't do this in red."

"Right! You're so smart, buddy." Hoseok says, ruffling the younger's hair.

They were currently sitting on the floor at the coffee table writing down all of their plans for the proposal on a piece of printer paper with crayon. A light green crayon, to be specific.

Yoongi was sitting on the couch behind them as he played on his phone, pretending to not pay attention to their conversation.

Right, another thing. They were at Yoongi's apartment because Yoongi had invited them over for lunch and Youngsoo threw a fit when Hoseok wanted to leave so it's now approaching dinner time and they're still at Yoongi's. Just in case you wanted to know, my mom would have whooped my butt of we ended up staying that much longer than we were supposed to.

"Okay, what now, Youngsoo?"

"We need to pick out his outfit. Yoongi-hyung, can I go to your closet?"

"How about I go set some things out for you?" Yoongi asks, closing his phone and standing up.

"Okay!"

When the blue haired man is out of earshot, Youngsoo turns to his father with a frown.

"Now, we can get to business. You need to do something big for him. He's not gonna say yes if you just call him pretty. You need to do something that makes him feel ethereal."

"How do you even know what that word is?"

"Yoongi-hyung told me. He said he wanted to make someone feel that way or to have someone else make him feel that way. Can you do that?"

"Of course I can, budro. I used to get all the ladies. And men, obviously."

"Sure, Dad. If that's what lets you sleep at night." Youngsoo says, earning a playful (and gentle) knuckle sandwich.

"Okay, Youngsoo. It's all yours." Yoongi says, walking back in and plopping down on the couch as he yawns.

"Don't tell me that made you tired." Hoseok says, moving to sit on the couch instead of the floor.

"Nah. I had to stay up late last night."

"What for?"

"A research project."

"You are going to college?"

"No, it was a self inflicted research project."

"You're being very vague."

"Okay, if you must know, I was researching about how to act around and take care of five year olds."

"Why? I gave you all the information you could ever need."

"Yeah, about how to take care of Youngsoo. But I might start babysitting other kids that live in the building." Yoongi says, yawning again.

"Well it's not safe for you to be babysitting kids if you stay up late every night."

"Eh, I typically don't. It's an every now and then kind of thing."

"What is?" Youngsoo asks, running back into the room and jumping onto his father's lap.

"Nothing. Did you finish?"

"Yep. I folded all of the clothes I didn't want you to wear and I left the outfit out on your bed, hyung."

"Fantastic. My day is so much better!" Yoongi says, sticking his hand out for a high five before Youngsoo's stomach growls really loud.

"And that means it's time for dinner." Hoseok says as they all get up off the couch to make their way to a random pizza joint and enjoy the rest of their night.
