"we need to talk." you demanded.

jungkook was momentarily stunned by your actions, and your anger for that matter. he didn't expect you to be showing up in the middle of the evening, notebooks and binders as well as some textbooks still in your arms as if you had just gotten back from a class. your eyebrows were knitted together, and your eyes were trained on him, as if you were trying to burn him to a crisp or melt him into a puddle. he could practically see the hot steam coming out of your ears.

jungkook looked at you, trying to seem completely innocent. he knew why you were there. he knew you would showing up at some point, but not so soon. he assumed that you would be showing up later, after he had time to do what he needed to do. "what?"

you groaned. your hands came up only to be thrown down again, hitting the sides of your thighs and hips in the process. "what do you mean what? you stole my homework."

jungkook smugly shrugged, his bottom lip coming out slightly more. his eyes wandered around. he was trying to act almost too innocent, too obvious for that matter. or he just wasn't trying to hide it at all. "no i didn't."

"you did! when we had out class together earlier, i placed my finished homework on the side of my desk, like the good student i am. and then at the end of class, when the professor said that it was due tomorrow instead of today, it was gone. poof, disappeared. i wondered, 'where had it gone?' i knew i hadn't lost it or put it somewhere unusual. but the, but then i remembered that you sat next to me. so, you stole it!"

"you can't prove it."

you gasped, as if you were offended that he wasn't confessing to his action. your eyes narrowed as you took an intimidating step towards him. "bet! give it back to me."

jungkook shook his head. "no, it's my homework."

"jeon jungkook! you stole my homework and i want it back!" you yelled as you stormed into his dorm room.

jungkook's eyes went wide. "wait, y/n. you can't just let yourself in to the boys' dorm."

"watch me!" you said, turning on your heel to glare at him.

jungkook swallowed hard, slightly scared by how angry you were by this whole ordeal. still, despite all that, he maintained his story. "y/n." he said, shutting the door behind him.

you wandered around jungkook's dorm, flipped open books and notebooks that the rather bad student had left lying around on almost every surface possible in the dorm. he wasn't the most clean of students, you had to admit.

you started to get even more annoyed when you were having no luck in finding the homework that you worked so hard on. you felt like you had conducted a thorough search of the premises, but then you laid eyes on his backpack. it sat in the corner of his room, some pockets half-way open, seeming limp and light. jungkook realized this, and immediately hurried over to it. but you beat him to it. "why so scared, jeon jungkook? hmm? is my homework in here?"

you reached into the bag, feeling around. but then your hand came across a rather thick stack of papers. almost getting a few paper cuts in the process, you pulled out the stack, finding that it was two packets, one completed, one only ⅛ completed (his name, the date, and the class period), one with neat handwriting (belonging to yourself), and the other seeming rushed. you inhaled deeply, trying to calm yourself down.

you found your homework, you reminded yourself, it's here, it's fine, only a few wrinkles...

you opened your eyes, seeing jungkook by the doorway. he seemed down, regretful, looking apologetic. seeing his expression, your face softened, your anger diminishing in the snap of someone's fingers. you weren't going to lie to yourself. jungkook, although looking sad, looked adorable. a blush crept up in your cheeks as everything caught up to you, how you stormed into his dorm, a boy's dorm, invading someone's space all because of your homework.
