I sat there bored as I hear Rachel drone on about something I wasn't even listening too. Quinn was busy cleaning up Finn who got slushied, which was probably the only highlight of my day.

"Okay, guys." Mr Schue says, walking in, "We're a little behind for sectionals thanks to our Sue Sylvester detour." I was happy to know I wasn't here for it or else I would've been expelled.

"But you guys really seem to enjoy mash-ups right? And I'm gonna keep you guys fired up. Plus, there's an important lesson to be learned with mash-ups. Sometimes things are so different, they don't feel like they go together. But the difference between them is what makes them great. Like chocolate and bacon."

"Or Glee and Football." Finn speaks up from the drums.

"Exactly." Mr Schue says, looking at him, "But you've proven that it is a great combination. So, here is my personal favourite song. And your homework for the week is to find an unexpected mash-up to go with it."

"'Bust a Move'?" Kurt questioned, looking up.

"Yeah, this song is old school." Mercedes adds on.

"Alright. Um, Artie. Try to follow along on the bass, Finn take us through it."

"Uh, I'm sorry Mr Schuester. I got corn syrup in my eye."

"Okay, uh, Puck. How about it?" Mr Schuester asked, looking at him in hope but he shakes his head.

"I don't really groove on Young MC." Puck says and I rolled my eyes. We were supposed to hang out last night after my shift, but he never showed. Don't know why it surprising when he doesn't show when he's supposed too.

"I am shocked at the lack of leading-man ambition in this room right now." Rachel says and I scoffed lightly.

"Well, I'm not all that shocked." I said, shooting a glare at Puck. He gives me a look but I rolled my eyes and looked away.

"It's okay girls. I guess I'm gonna have to show these guys how it's done." Mr Schue says and immediately I smile as he starts to sing.

The day went by so fast that I went to the hospital to see my grandfather. Given he didn't want me to stay long and took a long time to convince me that I should stay home. I didn't have work and he wanted me to have a goodnights rest.

I was sitting on my bed, glasses on my face as I wear a huge hoodie and shorts. Rachel was texting me about homework, it was late but I knew I needed to stay up. I hear someone knocking on the door, making me frown as I looked at the time.

I jogged downstairs anyway, flicking my glasses to the top of my messy hair before opening the door. I see Puck standing there, making me purse my lips and go to close the door but he stops it.

"What do you want Puckerman?" I asked pursing my lips.

"I know I said I was going help you out and pick you up-," He starts but I cut him off.

"So what are you doing at my door?"

"I want to make it up to you." Puck says and I leaned on the door frame, thinking and smirking.

"How?"

"Anything you want."

"I doubt you could do it." I said, giving him a bored look.

"Are you questioning my badassness? Have you seen my guns?" Puck questioned, showing me his arms.

"You want to forgive you?" I said, raising an eyebrow looking at him.

"Please, anything."

"If you can have the balls to sing a solo in front of Glee Club, I'll forgive you." I said, and his face drops.
