Chapter 25

"Mwo?" Solar's tone was so high it made me distanced the phone from my ear. I looked at the screen, wondering how she could be so loud without being physically seen.

I leaned my back against the wall outside Xiu Min's ward, putting it back beside my ear.

"Yah! You're telling me that you contacted the wrong person all this time? How did this happen?!"

"Listen, you never told me who you met in Hangout! How am I supposed to know?"

"Aigoo!" She sounded frustrated. "I should've told you his name! His name is Wu Yi Fan, but his stage name here in Korea is Kris. I told you he came with a handsome face, remember?"

"Yah! The person who pretended to be the requester was also handsome, how could I possibly know?" I was practically shrieking into the phone, also feeling annoyed be the solemn fact that I actually think Luhan was handsome. Pfttt!

"Solar, you know I have zero knowledge of EXO members, right? I know Xiu Min just because he's my client, and he pretty much looks like me but the others? There was no way I could've tell them apart even if you told me their names!"

"Tsk, tsk, tsk." I could hear her snickering at the other end. "So was it Luhan or Tao?"

"What? Who's Tao?"

"Aigoo. He's another member that left EXO. So, you must've met Luhan."

"Wait a second, you know them?"

"I am also a fan, Byullie."

"Heol daebak, only I'm the normal citizen left in this country." I rolled my eyes, even when she couldn't see me.

"Forget that for now. How is Xiu Min doing and what is going to happen to your task?"

"That is exactly what I'm wondering too. The boy is okay, but he's been feeling blue since meeting Kris yesterday. I'm not really sure what I should do for him right now."

"Poor thing..." she mumbled.

"He needs to be here at least two weeks before I can bring him anywhere. I still have 18 days left and everything is far from over." My eyes lingered to my left when I caught someone familiar heading towards me.

"Solar, I need to go. Please tell your dad to find Luhan as soon as possible. Update me on him."

"Sure thing, Byul, but I have another thing to tell you-"

"Not now, Solar, Xiu Min's friend is coming. I need to hang up, bye."

"It's about him!"

I froze for a good few seconds, the phone still on my ear.

It was just then when the tall member with grey hair arrived before me, smiling as he lifted two grocery bags to his face. His name was Chanyeol, one of the members that I remember better because he frequently contacts me regarding Xiu Min.

"Moon-ssi! I bought some real food this time!"

I stared into his eyes, wanting to answer but nothing came out of my mouth. I just stood there, still holding my phone and speechless as I could ever be.

Chanyeol raised his brows. "Are you okay, Moon-ssi?"

"Moon Byul-ssi, what a lovely name you have. Solar told me a lot about you."

I could feel my palms getting sweaty as I tried to catch my breath again.

"Moon-ssi? You don't look good!" Chanyeol exclaimed, and it managed to break the little flashback I had. I pulled away the phone, gathering my strength to talk again.
