The music was loud, the hall was crowded, and Bailey could hardly walk without his back and butt hurting, forget dance, so he sat and watched as Adrian jumped into the moshpit, his hair bouncing above everyone else's, a stupid smile on his face.

He didn't feel bad about not being able to dance because he didn't really want to. He was fine with sitting there, specially when Tristan came back with his new boyfriend, introducing him as some Kim something, he couldn't really remember. He was Korean, and really, one of the most gorgeous people he'd seen, even Adrian's jaw dropped when Tristan came in with him.

He had silverish-purple hair, dark eyes, bold eyebrows, a round, somewhat flat nose with a silver septum ring in it, and plump lips. He was tall, slim, and had a great sense of fashion.

Where did Tristan find a guy like that? Bailey thought, too mesmerized by his beauty and the oddly perfect connection between him and Tristan, that he didn't notice Adrian hurriedly take Mason out of the hall, only realising he was gone when Tristan and his new boyfriend went to dance and he couldn't stand watching them grind on each other anymore.

"So what did you need?" Mason asked, leaning forward on his knees, his brown hair beginning to matte to his forehead from sweat, his breathing a little heavy, "Well?"

"Um... I, uh." Adrian said softly, awkwardly shifting his weight between his feet, colour filling his cheeks.

"Spill it, Adrian, I wanna get back in!" Mason exclaimed, and Adrian looked up from the floor, biting his lower lip.

"Where, um, where's the nearest pharmacy, you think?" he said finally, "Or department store, something."

Mason sighed and grumbled about him being overdramatic, "Why?"

"I need to get condoms." Adrian said quickly, under his breath.

"What?" Mason asked, wondering if he'd heard correct, "Excuse me?"

Adrian let out an exasperated groan and got closer to Mason, whispering into his ear, "Where can I buy good condoms?"

Mason's eyes widened a little, but the grin on his face was wider, "You mean.. you're gonna..?"

Adrian nodded.

"Really?!"

He nodded again.

"Tonight?"

"I-I don't know, if he wants to then... Yes?" he said, hands fidgeting with each other, "He's probably still sore from yesterday, this was a dumb idea. You know what, forget it."

"Hey! No! No." Mason said, "I'll go get them, don't worry about paying me back, you go up and take the rose petals from my room and-"

"Wait why do you have rose petals?"

Mason waved away the question, "They're in the drawer on my bedside table." he said, backing away excitedly, "Make things romantic, if he doesn't want to do anything that's fine, then it's just an... Apology, I don't know, it'll be great!"

"M-Mason!" Adrian exclaimed, flustered, but he was already running out the door. He groaned and turned on his heel towards the staircase, "Goddamn it." he muttered softly, and began going up, taking the steps two at a time.
