He liked to sit by the lakeside and ponder over everything, reflecting on his life like the still water reflected the sky. It was a hidden gem of a place, tucked away in the middle of a forest, too hard to reach for most people to even bother go there.
Today, however, another man seemed to have found his way there, and for a second, he feared his tranquility might be disturbed after all.
He need not have worried, as the other man simply sat beside him, and kept him company in comfortable silence.
