Dream
Giggles echoed across the mansion hidden amongst the blankets of thick snow and large trees.

A little girl with reddish-brown hair and eyes giggled as her older brother chased after her. Hidden in the darkest depths of the mansion, in the cold basement sat a girl.

Her once beautiful blue eyes were dull with pain and hurt. The giggles from above felt like a prick to her heart yet she pushed away those feelings.

"Why can't they love me?" she asked. "Maybe I am a mistake."

End of dream

My eyes snapped open and I quickly rose up my earlier position. Sweat drenched my pyjamas and hair. My breaths were ragged and uneven.

Why would I dream of that? It's been years. Why can't I forget them? With a quick shake of my head, I got out of my bed to prepare for the upcoming events for the day.

After bathing I put on black tights, a dark gray T-shirt and white Adidas shoes with three black strips on the sides. To finish it off I put a grass green jacket over the T-shirt.

Once done with the clothes, I put on a dark green beanie and shades. Before I could do my last check in the mirror someone burst through the door.

I looked up and saw Laito-nii. "Are you done yet Doll-chan?" asked Laito-nii then he looked at me. "I know for a fact that if you weren't my sister then I would be a lucky guy, just looking at you."

I couldn't help but laugh at his words. "Come on, the others are downstairs and are waiting for you and Yui."

I nodded then we both teleported to the lounge. After a few minutes Yui came running down. She wore a pink sundress and gladiator sandals. Quite frankly, she looked pretty.

Like an epitome of innocence. "Now that you are here, let us go to the limousine," said Reiji in his normally strict and prim voice.

We all followed him there and got in. Layla explained that the driver already knows where we are supposed to go so that it will b a surprise for the rest of us.

Thirty minutes of silence passed then we finally arrived at our destination. It was an amusement park. Laito-nii didn't hesitate to grab Milan and go off, leaving me and the others.

Subaru wanted to go somewhere on his own so we let him. Though Layla followed him since he doesn't talk took much, except for when he's angry.

He of course tried to get rid of her yet she was persistent so in the end he went off with her.

"Meet back here at 5pm because we are going to one last spot before we go home!" shouted Layla as she and Subaru disappeared.

Before we could say anything I heard a voice shouting out my name. I turned to the left and saw Amethyst calling my name.

Behind her was Kira, Elsa and Elma. Kira looked annoyed until she saw Ayato then she did something unexpected. She smiled softly.

Knowing Amethyst, her jaw would have probably fallen to the floor but she was preoccupied with Shu. Elsa said hi as she passed me to go to Kanato. After the others left, it was Reiji, Elma and me left.

"Hello Mr Sakamaki, it is a pleasure to see you here," said Elma. I couldn't help but smile on the inside.

These two would be perfect together. I slowly drifted away from them as their conversation deepened. Eventually I broke away, leaving them to bond.

"So Mr Sakamaki, do you enjoy chemistry?" I asked while looking at Reiji. Part of me sees why girls love him so much. He is pretty handsome with his raven hair and magenta eyes.

"I do Miss Kogane. In fact I highly enjoy manufacturing drugs," he replied in his deep, alluring voice.

"I also highly enjoy manufacturing drugs. In fact I am trying to manufacture a cure for Endzeit," I said.

I could see the faint glint of surprise in his cold magenta eyes. Though, it was gone as soon as it came.

"Why are you trying to make a cure for that filthy race. After all, you are not one of them," he asked. My eyebrows furrowed when he said that.

"Reiji-San, I know that you have low views on other races but that is no reason to assume that others share your same point of view. I may not one of them yet I still have enough respect for them to at least try to help."

Reiji merely frowned then we walked in silence.
