Kiara was stunned.
"That explains why I haven't aged for a while. But I didn't expect that I'd be a Xa-something, I forgot."
Rai smiled at her.
"I still don't get it. Are you that too?"
"No, I'm the Noblesse."
There was a moment of silence. Then Kiara burst out laughing.
"Look, whatever you're telling me is already very illogical, now you want me to believe that you are that Noblesse from story books? Hahahaha!!!"
Rai nodded, with a poker face. Kiara realized he wasn't joking around. She was an expert at catching a liar.
" *Coughs, Alright, but why didn't I know about my abilities? How can I be sure you're not an enemy who's trying to manipulate me?" Kiara put her guard up.
"If you'll excuse me, I have to catch up on my....uh....favorite soap opera!" She said, backing away.
"I know what happened to your family. I know who you are." Rai said, forcing Kiara to stop.
Now she became curious. "What do you know about them?"Kiara asked, desperately.
Kiara was always alone ever since she remembered. She had to escape from one country to the other as she didn't really age like humans.
