"Phew!" Kiara let out a sigh of relief. "Now I don't have to deal with that anymore."
Kiara went to meet Shinwoo and Ikhan at the Internet cafè.
"Hey boys!" Kiara said, hitting them on their heads.
"💢Kiara! Why do have to bully us like this all the time?" The two said, rubbing their heads.
"I do it because I like to, you idiots. How could you two start playing without me?" Kiara asked.
"We were getting bored, dude." Shinwoo said.
"Why did the chairman call you?" Ikhan asked.
"Oh, uh, he called me to talk about if I'm facing any problems at school as I'm an idol."
"Our Kiara is so~ famous that fanboys run after her 24/7." Shinwoo said, squishing Kiara's cheeks.
"Oh please, I receive at least ten gifts a week from strangers,including creepy old men." Kiara said, moving Shinwoo's hand away, rolling her eyes.
"I hate it, and I also don't want to date anyone right now, or ever."
"Don't worry, even if you never get a boyfriend, we'll always be there to bring you pizza and ice cream." Shinwoo said, teasing her.
"Shut up, pipsqueak." Kiara said, annoyed.
"Can't you two stay even a second without quarreling?" Ikhan said, holding them by the ear.
"Ow!" They squealed. "Fine, mommy, we'll not fight."
All of them started laughing.
Kiara, Shinwoo, and Ikhan were going home. Ikhan went to his house. Kiara and Shinwoo were chatting will going to her house. Kiara was getting bored so she asked Shinwoo to accompany her. Suddenly, someone threw a trash can at them. They managed to avoid it.
"Hey! Who the hell threw that dirty trash can at me?!" Kiara shouted, charging towards the tall figure angrily.
Kiara was striding towards the figure, but Shinwoo quickly pulled her back and covered her mouth.
"Don't, that thing doesn't seem human." He said, holding her tightly, preventing her from getting away.
Kiara looked at the figure again and her eyes widened. It was another creature similar to the one she saw the night before. Kiara moved away from Shinwoo.
"We have to run. This thing is dangerous." Kiara whispered, when it charged at them. Shinwoo acted quick and threw the trash can hard at it. The two quickly ran to Kiara's place.
"We have to call the Frankenstein right now." Kiara exclaimed.
"What?!?! Why will you call the chairman now?!?"
"He'll know what to do."
Kiara called him up and told him everything. Frankenstein told them that he was coming and told Shinwoo to stay with Kiara.
After a few minutes, Frankenstein came at Kiara's house.
"Are you both alright?" Frankenstein asked.
"Yeah, we're fine. We ran away after we saw that creature." Shinwoo said.
"Kiara, do you have a minute?" Frankenstein said, gesturing her to follow him.
"What do you want?"
"Was it the same creature you saw yesterday?"
"Yes. But it was a little different." "Its skin was,uh, metallic type."
"I see. It didn't hurt or bite you two, right?"
"Of course not. We ran away before it could hurt us."
"I'll arrange a security force for you guys. It might be dangerous to roam around unsecured now."
"Fine. Did you get any information about what it was?"
"Apparently, something similar attacked a hospital, killing many patients."
"Oh no, that's horrible."
"Yes. I want you and your friends to stay together at your place. I've got news that Ikhan and Yuna saw something like that too."
"Are they alright?"
"They're fine. I'll have to leave now, Kiara. Be extra cautious, and look out for each other. I'll protect all of you in every way I can."
"Thank you, Good night."
Frankenstein left soon after, with Kiara seeing him off. She was getting worried.
"Is it because I had seen it before? Is it trying to attack me and my friends? I can't let anything happen to my friends ..."
Kiara went back home, seeing Shinwoo lying on the couch, pondering. Kiara sat beside him.
"Is Yuna and Ikhan okay?" Shinwoo asked with a blank expression.
"How did you-"
"They called me a while ago."
"Oh. I'm sorry you had to see this. If I hadn't insisted you to walk me home, at least you would have been safe."
"Oh come on, granny, it's not anyone's fault. Besides, I like these sort of fights." Shinwoo said, ruffling Kiara's hair.
The two smiled and let out a little laugh.
"Hey Koko, you have to set me up with Yuna. I don't want her to set her eyes on Rai. Why don't you take him?"
"Shut up, keep your weird ideas to yourself." Kiara said, while going back to her room.
She was quite worried about her friend's safety. Suddenly, Kiara's phone rang.
