Rai's eyes widened when he heard that voice. He immediately knew whose voice it was. How could he forget? It belonged to someone very close to him. Rai turned around slowly, hoping it wasn't the person he was assuming whom the voice belonged to.
It was Rai's brother. After more than a thousand years, he saw his brother standing right in front of him with a smile on his face. Rai stood up immediately as well as Kiara. Rai and Kiara exchanged glances confusingly.
"Long time no see, little brother." He grinned.
"Ryder? What are you doing here?" Kiara asked, still not fully in her senses.
"Oh my, is that Kiara I see? How beautifully you've grown." Ryder commented.
"Why are you here?" Rai intervened coldly, glaring at Ryder slightly.
"You lot just killed two of our followers, didn't you? That's the reason." Ryder growled.
"What do you mean 'our"? Who else is with you?" Kiara intervened.
That's when another man joined Ryder and stood beside him. Rai and Kiara both froze in shock when they realised who it was.
"Hey you two!" The man grinned.
"Jakoda? You're still alive?! But father had killed you long ago." Kiara shrieked.
"Actually, I faked my death. I disappeared soon after and then, joined hands with Ryder." Jakoda explained.
"When you made me disappear, Raizel, 8 swear I never felt so furious at you." Ryder snapped.
Rai looked at Ryder in disbelief. He was indeed a little hurt by that remark. But Rai knew he was destined for it.
"Do you remember why you had fought me? Just because I seeked for more power, you just decided to banish me? Your older brother?!" Ryder continued angrily.
Kiara noticed how Ryder's words were impacting on Rai and immediately stepped forward.
"That's enough, Ryder. You're the leader of all the traitors, am I correct?" Kiara uttered.
"Yeah, me and Jakoda. We gathered Nobles, Xavians and Werewolves and even appointed some as our elders." Ryder replied.
Just then, Frankenstein and Aurora arrived back there as well.
"Who are you two?" Frankenstein asked.
"You must be Frankenstein, right? I am Raizel's brother, Ryder. And this Xavian is my companion Jakoda." Ryder introduced.
"What?! Lord Raizel had a brother?!" Aurora said.
"Yeah, Raizel banished him way before you two came along. I didn't really have much idea about their feud myself." Kiara replied.
Raizel stared at Ryder with his crimson red eyes worryingly. Ryder had a wide grin on his face.
"What is your purpose for coming here?" Rai asked in a low tone.
"Oh it isn't a big deal! We have recently collaborated with the Union and our only objective is to take over all the Nobles, Xavians and Werewolves." Jakoda smirked."
"The Union? That means you are with Dr. Crombell?" Aurora asked.
"Correct!" Jakoda nodded.
"Wait, if you two lead all the traitors, that means you were the ones who had created those creatures and slaughtered humans?" Frankenstein uttered.
"That is perfectly accurate. You're a wise one, Frankenstein." Ryder commented.
"But in order to rule, you need to wipe us out first." Kiara pointed out.
