A few days went by. Shinwoo, Yuna and Ikhan were staying at Kiara's house. All of them were enjoying themselves apart from all of the tight security. Everything seemed calm for a while.
The four of them were going to school together. Rai joined them too.
"Hey Rai! Long time no see." Shinwoo said while slapping Rai's back.
"We met him yesterday dude." Ikhan said.
They soon reached school while talking.
In class, Rai spent most of his time while staring out of the window. Kiara was still suspicious of him, and she tried to spy on him a few times. During Maths class, Rai didn't understand anything. He had to take help from Kiara to solve the simplest maths. However, Kiara herself had no clue what was going on with all the equations.
School had ended soon after. But Kiara, Shinwoo, Yuna, Ikhan, and Rai stayed behind to take care of an assignment . They were discussing about the assignment in the chairman's office, since a Rai was there. The chairman was present as well.
"So we have to decide who will do what." Ikhan instructed.
"Can I just supervise? I'll just stay here for emotional support." Kiara interrupted.
"Nope, everyone will get equal amounts of work."
"Fine..."
All of them were discussing when they heard a loud 'BANG' down the school hall. Someone had broken inside the school.
"What was that?" Yuna asked.
"I'll go and check." Kiara said while getting up from her seat.
"Don't. It's too dangerous. We can't take any risks." Frankenstein commanded.
"Frankenstein. Tell the children to leave. We'll have to handle this." Rai stated, his voice stiff and serious.
"Okay, all of you use the back staircase and leave this place right now. Don't meddle with anything, and go home as fast as possible...." Frankenstein ordered.
"But what about Rai and you, Sir?" Yuna asked.
"They'll be fine, 'cuz I'm staying too...." Kiara declared.
"It's too dangerous for you to stay here Kiara." Shinwoo responded.
"Bruh not chickening out and fighting is the only thing I can do properly. I'll be fine. You guys please leave."
"Fine, Kiara will also stay with us." Frankenstein announced hesitantly.
Soon the three left the school secretly, leaving everything on Rai, Frankenstein and Kiara.
"Master please stay here with Kiara while I investigate." Frankenstein requested.
Rai nodded.
"Don't do anything before thinking twice." Rai instructed
"I will try my best not to, Master."
Frankenstein quickly ran out of the office.
"Now let's see who has come here uninvited." Frankenstein said with a large grin.
"This is so annoying. We couldn't even do an assignment properly." Kiara muttered.
Rai looked worried.
"Do you know how to use your powers yet?" Rai questioned Kiara.
"Wtf, I didn't even know o had them until like recently. But there are times when I moved heavy stuff really easily and things like that. Weird, illogical, but acceptable I guess." Kiara answered.
Meanwhile, Frankenstein had gone to the hallway to see two men wrecking everything. One man was gigantic, another one with grey hair. They looked at Frankenstein.
"Who the hell are you?" The grey haired man hissed.
"How dare you two thugs enter my school?" Frankenstein glared.
"I see. So you're the chairman here. Two of your students attacked my men. Now they'll have to pay." The giant man fumed.
"No, first you two will have to pay for all the damage you caused here...."
Frankenstein smirked as he folded his sleeves. Suddenly a purplish glow formed in his hand.
"Why don't we continue this somewhere else? I'd hate to ruin my school you know..."
