"what is taking so long, I told you to bring me the red paladin" Lotor yelled with anger as he walked into the hanger where the red and green lion laid. The power was off and they needed rest but what caught the others eyes most was the injured red paladin being held tightly in the green paladin. 

"we cant get close sir" Ezor said with a frown. 

"she small but she smart .. we tried getting close and she threaten to kill them both with over shocking them both with her Bayard" Acxa said with a frown.

"we tried using force but she got one hell of a grip of the guy" Zethrid said annoyed but impressed that such a short girl was protecting keith with just a grip. 

"your friend seems hurt little one, just hand him over and we help him" Lotor said with a smile as he took a step forward but didnt dare take another one closer after she glared at him.

"I'm not stupid, I know your after him and I wont let him fall into your hands" Pidge growled pulling a passed our injured keith closer to her chest as her grip on him tighten.

"so your let him die in your hands" Lotor asked and pidge eyes sadden but went proud again.

"I rather have his death on my hands then let you turn him into a monster that he never forgive himself for being" Pidge said proudly making lotor annoyed.

"could you really kill someone you care about" Lotor asked as he crossed his arms.

"If I loved them more then anything else in the world ... yes" Pidge said with a soft smile and tears forming.

"so you would let the man you love die instead of letting him live as my weapon" Lotor asked. 

"yes becuase I love him too much to watch him suffer for the rest of his life, I be the monster that your all looking to force him into being and take him life so he could be free from any pain" Pidge said with a gently smile and Lotor could tell she meant it. 

"your body will get weak and tired in due time and we take him from you" Lotor smirked.

"I'm going to protect him and when I know I'm about to fail him once again then I end it ... I will protect the smile he once showed me and made sure he never have to scream over being something that others feared" Pidge said with a small voice and looked to keith face as he slept.

"he belong with the galra, its who he is so why force him into a death he didnt ask for" Acxa hissed.

"in my eyes he is keith, a caring, kind, hot, brave, strong, handsome, awkward, sexy, pure soul and the man I love ... he is keith the most important person to me" pidge said with a proud smile.

"he a fighter, he was born to join the galra but your always pushing him back" Zethrid yelled.

"then I be a killer, I be the person to take his life becuase I'm selfish and wouldn't want to see keith cry ever again" Pidge said with a small smile while looking over his face. 

"love is not needed in this war" Ezor sighed.

"true but in my eyes ... he perfect" Pidge smiled warmly as she noticed keith give a slight smile in his sleep.

"you my short one should be more feared then the galra" Lotor said with a frown.

"love should be the most feared" Pidge said with a small chuckle and brushed part of keith hair of his face.

"lock the doors and when it seems like she about to give take him" Lotor ordered as he left the rooms with his generals behind him. 

"dont worry keith, the team coming for us" Pidge said with a sweet smile.

"Katie come in" Shiro voice could be heard over the helmet com.

"track my location, I'm going to open the hanger air doors making us fly out but keith hurt .. he needs a pod" Pidge said with worry.

"dont worry pidge, I catch him so he can owe me one later" Lance said with a smirk over his com earning a small chuckle from pidge who yelp a little.

"pidge, what's wrong" Hunk said with worry as he caught her yelp.

"foots dead" Pidge groaned earning chuckles from the others. 

"I carry the red and hunk gonna carry green, just make sure keith got his helmet on so blue can catch him in space and you better be sitting in the green lion" Shiro said with worry.

"understood space dad" pidge smiled and took her helmet off.

"please Live Keith, please live a life where you can smile everyday" Pidge whisper with a warm smile and laid him on the ground with a small wince of pain. She turned to her side where part of her suit was missing and leaking out any air inside her suit. A bit of meatal was stuck in her side letting blush rush out without mercy. 

"I love you Keith" Pidge smiled warmly letting her tears fall as she kissed his soft warm lips before placing her helmet on him and walking over to the hanger door switch.

"we ready" Hunk said with joy.

"the hanger now opening" Pidge grunted as she pulled on the switch and watched the lions be pull out and tears fell as she watched keith slowly fly past her before hitting space. She slowly slipped down the wall as the world started to turn dark. A soft smile on her lips as she watched the blue lion swallow keith and she landed on the floor with a thud.

"Katie" Keith mumble as he felt out of the helping pod having shiro catch him. 

"keith" shiro said with a small smile but sadden eyes.

"Katie, where pidge" Keith asked with worry. 

"her suit signal suddenly stopped meaning she could be .. dead" Lance said with a frown and choked on his tears for the last word.

"It seemed she was more worried about getting your out then herself .. time lance noticed you had her helmet on it was too late" Hunk said with tears and keith fell to his knees crying.

He never got to tell her how he felt. 

He never to say "I Love You"

He never got to hug her

He never got to Kiss her

He never got her

"Katie" Keith cried into his hands.
