CHAPTER 11

-ARDEN-

*bang!*

I woke up from a strange noise outside. 

What was that?

And why am I still here at the East Kingdom?

*loud screams*

"Alissha? Alissha?!" I shouted my sister's name and hurriedly went downstairs.

"Arden! Anong ginagawa mo dito?!" Alissha

"I heard noise and---what the heck?!" My explanation got cut after I saw those... those... Strange magicans...

"Bumalik ka sa taas! Now!" Alissha

"But what about y---" I got cut off again but this time by Alissha.

"Kaya ko na ang sarili ko. You don't know how risky these darkies are. Kaya please." Alissha

Good thing we were a bit far from those...darkies...

I went up again and guess what?

I'm figuring a way to help Alissha.

"Yow!!! Gising ka na!!!" A voice just said.

"Tulungan natin si Alissha." I said and pulled Asher's hand.

"Bakit? Anong nangyayare?" Asher

"Go see it yourself." I said while still pulling Asher's hand and took him downstairs.

"Dang! Are those darkies?! Arden stay upstairs!" Asher

"I want to help!" I told him

"Hindi pwede! Go! Bilis!" Asher

I closed my eyes in frustration and ran back upstairs.

But before I could open the door bigla nalang akong tumilapon.

"Hello your highness." I looked at the female darkie standing right in front of me.

"Wala ka ng ibang mapupuntahan. I guess I need to finish---" I cut her off with a wind spell. Guess that worked.

"You stupid King!" I can see her hands are burning with... Dark fire... Ready to aim at me...

'Interesting...' I said to my mind

I casted some spells my siblings taught me and defeated the darkie. It turned into some smoke after I finished it off.

Then realization hit me.

I am not ever going to hide.

With no hesitations, I went downstairs again.

"Arden anong---" Before Alissha could finish, I casted a spell to a darkie that was right behind her.

"I am not gonna hide." I told her

I continued casting spells until there is no darkie left.

"Arden. That was dangerous." Alissha.

"I know. But I don't want to hide and be a coward. Besides, you don't want a coward sibling and king right?" I told and asked her at the same time.

"Well yes---" Alissha got cut off by Asher.

"Alam mo Alissha. Tama naman si Arden. Future king pa naman. At tama rin si Alissha, Arden. Hindi ka dapat sumugod ng basta-basta." Asher

Everythinh continued so on until they've decided to let me proceed to the next training with Asher.
