Ch.28 - Drama

"Tsu! Someone's knocking on the door."

Tsuyu took off her gloves from cleaning dishes, and walked over to the door.

"Who is it, Satsuki?" Tsuyu asked.

"I don't know. It's a boy though." Satsuki teased.

A boy?

Tsuyu opened the door, and nearly had a heart attack. There, standing in front of her, was a beaten up and dirty Ryou.

"Um...hey Tsu."

"Ryou? Is that you?"

"Yeah. It's me."

"What happened to you?"

Ryou lowered his head. "I, um...it's a long story."

Tsuyu grabbed Ryou and gave him a hug.

"Ow."

"I'm sorry. I'm trying my best not to hurt you..."

Tsuyu was busy bandaging up Ryou, tending to his injuries, while wiping off some of the dirt, trying to find the place where the wounds were.

"Besides the USJ attack, I think this is the worst I've seen you. And you said you partially won that battle."

Ryou nodded, clenching his fist. "Until he busted out his Black Hole Evol form. That power was unlike anything I've ever seen. I think the only thing that can beat it at this point that I can get my hands on...is the Hyper Muteki All Might has."

"But what about Geiz Revive? Ribbit."

"It was powerful, but I don't think it'd work. But what I have now does help me hold my own against everybody else."

Tsuyu rubbed some medical alcohol on Ryou's wound on his head. Upon contact, Ryou clenched his teeth and let out a grunt.

"I'm sorry, Ryou... I'm not trying to hurt you."

Ryou sighed as he looked at his clothes.

"Do you have any clean clothes?"

"You'll probably need to get a shower too if that's the case. I think my father has some clothes he grew out of."

Ryou went off into the bathroom, as he left Tsuyu sitting on the couch by herself.

She felt an aching pain in her heart. Why did it hurt so much to see Ryou beat up like this so much?

She was falling for him. HARD. Every time she saw him, she couldn't help but be happy. She admired his confidence and bravery to face down strong foes without hesitation. His burning passion to always strive for his best was admirable.

"Sis? Who's the boy?" Her brother, Samidare asked. "And why is your face so red?"

"Just a classmate." Tsuyu tried to hide her face.

"Then why are you blushing so much?"

Tsuyu tried to ignore her younger brother, and started pacing in the living room, as the sound of running water in the bathroom could be heard.

Before long, she had picked up her cell phone, and called Uraraka.

"Hi Uraraka, are you busy? I'd like to talk. Ribbit."

"Sure, I'm not too busy. It's the day before we're supposed to go back to school. What's up?"

"Ryou is here at my place."

She could hear a slight high pitched noise from the other end of the phone.

"W-w-w-what?! Why is he there?!"
