It was odd, I couldn't move my body. I had no feeling in my arms in or legs. And it was cold.
"He...hello?"
It just occured to me that it didn't matter that I was trying to speak. I couldn't even hear the words coming out of my mouth.
Where was I to?
Before I could make sense of what happened, light began to shine on me. I was right. My eyes were clearly opened. I could finally look at my surroundings and size up the situation.
I was in a tube, filled with water. A mask was over my mouth and nose allowing me to breathe and speak into some sort of microphone. I had no clothes on, just underwear and that was it.
I looked outside the tube, and my eyes widened to what was in front of me.
I...I couldn't believe what was in front of me. This couldn't be real...I mean, that's what I wanted to tell myself. But...this was real.
"Hello. It's been a while."
"Genus!"
Doctor Genus was smiling outside the tube, his lab coat buttoned up, a pair of lab goggles on him, standing next to some weird person with hands on his face.
"How are you feeling? You've been in a coma for a while. Sorry, I can hit a little rough sometimes. My bad."
I wanted to smash through the glass, and punch that son of a bitch right in the face...
...but I couldn't.
"You evil, rotten, vile, monster. What are you doing with me?"
"Don't worry. I've just been extracting knowledge from your brain to a thumb drive. It's quite simple, really, when you're a genius like me."
"You really are the worst. Guess that jealousy and ego of yours is one thing that hasn't changed."
Genus laughed as he wrote some things on a clipboard. "Oh please, you pathetic pile of garbage. You barely even put up a fight when I put you in stasis."
He threw aside the clipboard and laid his hand against the glass. "But I decided that when I extract your knowledge, I need you for something else. You see, a boy named Ryou Soutou has been giving me serious problems...he blew up my lab, the bastard, and blew up my research on the Ridewatch Pro, all my files and notes on the project...gone."
"He was right to do that. Better it to be gone than in your hands."
"Oh, but that's where you're wrong. You see, that wasn't the only thing at my disposal. You see, with your knowledge, my knowledge, and help from the League of Villains, I can myself into the greatest Kamen Rider this world has ever seen. I'll obtain every Evil Ridewatch I possibly can. But this is where you come in..."
Oh no. This wasn't good.
"You see...I want Ryou broken. Scar him. Break him. Ruin him. DESTROY HIM!!!" Genus punched the tube, as his anger grew. He then gave an evil grin to me. "And that's where YOU come in..."

"What...what is that?"
"This...this, my friend...is how you're going to break Ryou Soutou. And you're going to do it willingly. A little biride told me Ryou is going to do a final exam against the Pro Heroes soon. You'll be there, and you're going to beat the living crap out of him...or die trying. Which...I hope you do."
"You're sending me to my suicide? What a waste of a device."
Genus looked down at the Ridewatch. "Oh, don't worry. I can always make a new one of these. But I'm sorry to say I can't say the same for you..."
"No! You can't do this!!"
"Tomura, open the tube."
No. No. This can't be happening. I felt the tub pressurize, and the glass slowly started lowering. Water started to pour out as I could see the barrier between myself and Genus slowly disappear.
"NO!!! YOU SON OF A BITCH!!! YOU CAN'T DO THIS!!!"
"Indeed I can." Genus smiled as the barrier was gone, and I fell to my knees, unable to move.
Genus thrusted the device into my back, and I felt a sharp pain scorch through me.
"AAAAAGGGGHHHH!!!"
"Don't scream so much. It'll hurt more if you do. Then again, do what you want. After all, there won't be much human of you left shortly.
Dark bursts of purple energy flowed around me, from what I could see, and I could see my body starting to transform into something hellish.
"NO!!!" Yelling was the only thing I could do as I was slowly being taken over.
"I can't wait for Ryou to meet you again..."
The hellish transformation went up my body and started to consume me as I started to lose all consciousness.
