Jonah PoV:
She's panicking, she can't breathe.
I tried to take her to the hospital but she started shifting.
I just stroke her hair and hope she can ride down her panic attack.
She finally starts to breath on her own and she looks at me
She winces and I frown
"Eden can you tell me what happened?" I coax and she shakes her head
"No." She rasps
"That's it, I'm calling your therapist Eden." I huff and she sobs
"Don't mad me." She coughs out words and I shake my head
"I'm not, I'm worried."
She looks at me and sighs
"Sweetie, there is nothing wrong with a nightmare. They happen, Yes they can cause panic attacks. It's okay." She smiles
"You sure?" I sniffle and she nods
"But this jfhtmare, it was from Jacobs voice." I sniffle and she frowns
"And you said he hurt you recently, right?" She asks and I nod
"But he had seen you before, and that scared you?"
"It terrified me. I hadn't been thinking of it lately with the pregnancy." I sigh and she frowns
"So when was your last nightmare?"
"A month ago, it was about Jonah and his wolf possibly attacking me."
I need to talk to his wolf...
I finally get out of therapy and sit down with Jonah
"I'm sorry." I blurt and he frowns
Huh?"
"I worried you and I'm not that bad."
"Eden you had a breakdown." He scowls and I look down
"Why don't I just give you a minute." I say and he shakes his head
"No I'm okay, I'm just worried about you, my wolf is really angry atJacob." He sighs and I smile
"So, can try and calm him down?"
"Eden, baby, you know it's dangerous. Especially since he's mad at Jacob." He frowns and I grab his hand
"Please?"
"Oh Princess, you know I'm going to be exhausted after right?"
"I'm sorry but I need to talk to him." I say and he nods
His wolf takes over and jumps up
"I'm going to kill that little."
"Jonah!" I blurt and he looks at me.
"Oh. Eden." He says, itching to run off and kill his brother
"Please stop." I beg and he scowls
"Fuck off Eden, I know what I'm doing." He snaps and I frown
"You don't mean that." I sniffle
"Yes I do, fuck off." He snarls and I whimper
"Jonah." I say, on the edge of tears.
He turns around and calms down
"What's wrong princess?" He rowns
"Don't be so mean." I sob and he pulls me close
"I'm sorry angel." He says and my stomach hurts
I hold my belly and he places a hand on it
I smile and rest my head on his chest
He's calmed down and is back to normal now.
He kisses my cheek and I smile
"Relaxed?" I ask and he nods
"You doing okay?"
"I'm tired." I whimper and he picks me up
"Why don't we lay you down?" He says and takes me to bed
I curl up in the blankets and smile
He kisses my head
"You know you're more than enough for me, right?" He says and I smile
"Yeah." I say and he smiles
He wraps an arm around me, protectively and I smile
We watch some random stuff to take my mind off everything
It works until I hear yelling
I begin compulsively crying
"Woah what happened?" He asks and I sob
"I- don't yell at me." I snap and he rubs my back
"Oh, Okay princess. I'm sorry." He says and I kiss him
He wraps his arms around me and I rest on him
Jonah PoV:
She's so scared of everything now, this pregnancy is taking a lot out of her.
She just heard yelling and broke out crying.
"Sweetie, why did that make you cry?"
"I need to stay calm and relax. You know my nightmares are getting worse and now this? I think this pregnancy is letting my mind roam too free."
"Then calm it. You're okay, you're safe. He's not going to hurt you again."
"That's What you said last time."
It's midnight, Eden is fast asleep and I'm waiting
I sit in the kitchen waiting for him to show up
The door opens and I stand
Jacob smirks at me
"Nice to see you brother." He smiles and I scowl
"Is it?" I snap and h chuckle
"Wow, I'm hurt. That's how you wanna start this?" He smirks
"Jacob, start talking." I snarl
"I like taht mate of yours. Funny how you tried to keep her from me. You failed in that didn't you?" He grins and I growl
"You better calm that wolf Jonah." He smirks
"What do you want!" I snap
"Well, I've taken an interest in her but...she is pregnant with your pup. Major turn off. Maybe I just want to see you squirm." He grins
"What did I ever do to you?"
"Oh What didn't you do Mr Perfect." He grunts
I roll my eyes
"They love you, you know. Always blabbing about their son the Alpha!" He growls
"Oh really?" I scoff
"Why do you think they covered up what you did!" He snarls
"Shut the hell up about that." I say, panicked
He smirks
"So I've found your pressure point huh? That you-"
"Stop it right now." I hiss and he frowns
"Why? Does she not know?"
"She does and she doesn't okay." I snap and he huffs
"Jonah. You can't live like that."
"How bipolar are you!" I hiss
"Don't change the topic."
"It's not the only time I've done that, leave it alone Jacob." I huff
"You know I do care about you Jonah. I'm just...I'm taking all this out on you two but it's not your fault. My mate..."he rubs his head
"You found her?"
"I did." He smiles an I grin
"But...she's...okay she hates me. Like despises me. I don't know how to get her." He sighs
"Come on, She can't hate you that badly."
"Jonah...remember what you did?" He breathes and I wince but nod
"Well...she's his brother."
