All Hope Is Lost

Chapter 4

My head felt like it was split open... i tried to calm my breathing down remembering that Anti was lurking somewhere... 'did all of that really happen?' i shifted slowly onto my side taking in my surroundings. bloodstains lining the floors and walls, tally marks etched into one of the walls they reached 9. slowly closing my eyes i tried to remember why i was here in the first place...

i was drawing nothing but Pain and a Blank... i opened my eyes to Anti smiling staring at me i jumped back letting out a surprised gasp. "s̷l̷e̷p̷t̷ w̷e̷l̷l̷ i̷ h̷o̷p̷e̷~ w̷e̷ h̷a̷v̷e̷ a̷ l̷o̷t̷ o̷f̷ w̷o̷r̷k̷ t̷o̷ d̷o̷ t̷o̷d̷a̷y̷" he unlatched me from the bed pulling me to a sitting position by my arm. i stayed silent not wanting to anger him.. he blindfolded me again leading me out of that room down a long hallway to another room. i could hear a key locking a door and then he sat me down securing me to an operating table.

i could feel my anxiety swell, as he removed the blindfold i was met with a bright overhead light. "q̷u̷i̷e̷t̷ t̷o̷d̷a̷y̷ a̷r̷e̷n̷'t̷ w̷e̷ (y̷/n̷)?" i just looked at him emotionlessly even though my gut was churning with anxiety and fear.

he screamed in my face clutching the sides of the gurney. he triggered something in me as my body responded by spitting in his face, a look of determination settled on my features. he simply responded by laughing injecting some sort of needle in my arm, my face didn't flinch.

"n̷o̷ m̷a̷t̷t̷e̷r̷.. B̷i̷t̷c̷h̷. y̷o̷u̷'l̷l̷ b̷e̷ S̷̛ç͡Ŗ͠e̴̢̛A̵̶̡m̀͏I̢͡n͠G̶̕ s̷o̷o̷n̷~" he slowly pushed the plunger down as i watched in stunned silence a deep glowing green liquid coursed through my veins burning and searing as it traveled. i lost my composure as my mouth violently ripped opened screaming against my will. i could see through my eyes the room gaining an emerald shade as it soon faded to black...
