12: A Park, an XTransceiver, and a Boy

<OKAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!! THIS IS FAITSU's POV AND THINGS ARE GONNA GET INTENSE AFTER THIS.. well okay maybe not EXACTLY THIS but a few chapters later>

I've been worried sick of Hyuu yesterday, since he just vanished. Rakutsu and I literally panicked, it's not always everyday your friend suddenly disappear. But then we found him in the middle of nowhere, covered in sand like a wee little tempura shrimp and dazed. Last night, I asked him what happened but he just shooed me off. It was kinda rude and I was pissed. Like, hello? I'm trying to help you!! No one's ever gonna get to Hyuu except maybe my brother.

At least, us traveling to Nimbasa City NOW and with no sandstorm whatsoever is somewhat pleasant. Hyuu was still silent but he started to joke around a few times so I guess he is recovering. 

"Hey guys look!" I pointed toward the skyline after we passed a huge flyover. It was beautiful, there was a huge Ferris wheel and I see some roller coaster rides. If Castelia was the Unova's Center of Business, Nimbasa is Unova's Center of Amusement. I can't wait to get my hands on the amusement park's tickets! I can almost hear people screaming!

"At last, some fun time," Rakutsu said. He deserves some rest since he is always training Muro and planning battle techniques in the past days. Hyuu was the same and since the incident yesterday... well..

"Anyway while we're at it, why don't you have a second Pokémon Rakutsu?" Hyuu asked.

"I just... I don't exactly know, but I believe that Muro can handle all of them and I want him to be the strongest Samurott there is!" he said.

"That's not gonna help with your next gym battle, which is an ELECTRIC battle," Hyuu said obviously, kinda rude but just trying to help.

"Just leave my decisions as it is Hyuu," he replied as we entered Castelia's gate. The next scene we saw was amazing, like HECK amazing! There were people everywhere, and I can see the Amusement Park's entrance from here. There were people smiling and not a frowning one in sight... except Hyuu. Music was blaring from the speakers and Pokémon were playing in the parks. 

"Oh I wanna ride the Ferris Wheel-" my mind started to drift to auto-pilot mode. And that mode is screaming "FUN". I started to drift towards the park's entrance.

"Hold a sec-" Hyuu grabbed me by the collar. "You're gonna get lost in this crowd! Let's plan to meet in the Pokemon Center about 12 okay?"

"Yeah," Rakutsu agreed, but I can see his adrenaline excitement. "12 got it. And don't waste your money too much and be careful of snatchers and thieves!"

As soon as the words left his mouth, I immediately ran off.

Nimbasa was practically heaven. Okay, for my stomach anyway. In just 15 minutes, I ate a bag of popcorn, gummy cubchoos, cotonee candy, and three bars of chocolate. Not to mention a smoothie. I have a very very bad feeling that I will have a stomach ache but who cares right? THIS IS FOOD WE'RE TALKING ABOUT! There were some fun-looking arcades, but I'm not really into that. Just came here for the food and the rides. But I probably shouldn't ATE BEFORE taking rides. 

"Oops," I felt something click when I stepped on something. I looked down and saw some sort of XTransceiver and recognized it as an old model, the one where you can only hear voices in it. Okay, I'm dead if I broke it.

But then it started ringing. Thank goodness.

Should I answer it? Mental calculation: prepare for the worst kind. 

"Uhh hello?"

"Hello?" it was a man's voice. Mental calculation: beware of the perverted kind. "Thank Arceus, um I'm Cu-, I mean, Christoph and I kind of lost that XTransceiver you're holding. I'm now using another XTransceiver and I was just wondering if you could kindly deliver it to me? I'm really sorry and-"
