Sonya's POV~

I sighed softly, as I tied my converse tightly, my eyes flashed up seeing Draal waiting for me in the center of the Forge, he grinned and snorted. I gave a soft grunt as I tied my shoe tight and stood up, I then gathered my brown hair in a pony tail in the back of my head, I snapped the hair tie tight and looked at Draal with a peaked brow.

Draal was stronger than me, no doubt in my mind about that, he could snap me in half. I had to rely on my smaller size and quicker moves to hit the sensitive marks on his body. I moved over to my backpack and pulled out some white wraps and gazed at Draal with an unmoving stare as I wrapped up my knuckles.

"Why do you cover your hands, Fleshbag?" Draal asked, growling.

I peaked a brow as I popped my knuckles, "I'm punching rock, I don't wanna shatter my knuckles." I began circling him, taking in his frame.

Draal was top-heavy, his arms bigger than my own torso, blue crystals on his back so there was no way for me to get to his back. From his fore-head came big horns, which I had to assume he knew how to use, I winced at the thought of getting gored by those horns.

Draal turned on me, "Studying your opponent?" he asked, snorting, "You're not as thick as you look."

"Thick?" I quoted, "Look in the mirror lately?" I chuckled, taking in his buff frame.

Draal roared and ran at me, his fist raised, his other arm--a metal prosthetic--poised back for a follow-up strike. I exhaled sharply, "Ok, ok . . ." I then ran at Draal, my muscles contracting into rocks as I jumped up and planted my foot on the top of his head and vaulted off and over, landing behind him.

I whirled around and yelped as Draal came back around with a back-hand strike, I jumped up again and cleared his strike before extending my leg out and kicking him square in the nose. I landed in a crouch and backed up, my eyes wide as I pulled my hands to my face and assumed a fighting stance.

Draal snorted, rubbing his nose before looking at me with slightly widened eyes, "Not bad, Fleshbag." he grumbled, snorting again.

I tensed up, "I'll take it as a competent." I grit my teeth and ran at him, my arms pumping like a machine.

Draal growled and reached out with his huge hand and grabbed my face before slamming me into the hard floor, "This is the Forge, Fleshbag!" He snarled, "This is where Heroes are born!" he then picked me up by my face, "You have a long way to go."

My grunts were muffled by his huge hand on my face, I clawed at his wrist but my nails only raked stone. I could hear his mocking laugh as he held me above his head, my neck began throbbing and my legs flailed.

"Draal!" Jim's voice reached my ears, "You're killing her!"

Draal's hand loosened almost instantly and he let go, I fell to the floor with a loud yelp. I held my face and sat up, "Good . . ." I mumbled, holding my mouth, "very good grip . . ." I stood up and rubbed my neck.

Draal sighed, "I am sorry," he rumbled. "it wasn't my intention to-"

"Don't be." I cut him off, popping my neck, "I was mouthing off, I had it coming." I winked at him, "Nice match." I walked off rubbing my neck.

Claire ran up to me, "Are you ok?" she held my shoulder.

I let out a soft chuckle, "I'm fine," I punched her in the shoulder, "never better."

Arrrgh approached me, towering over me, "Not bad." he patted my head with a huge hand.

I sighed, "Thanks, man." I then glanced at Draal who was watching this unfold from father off, I turned back to the others my gaze downcast.

I had to throw the fight. I didn't want to accidentally rip Draal's other arm off.
