Kaycee Rice doesn't know how to pack.

That's always been a well established fact. On trips in general, she's usually pretty good, but on trips with Sean... yeah, one suitcase definitely won't do it.

Especially on a trip to New York. The Big Apple. A place she'd been wanting to visit for forever now.

So, it would be understandable that she had two suitcases, both holding clothes but one holding toiletries and other essentials as well. She sat on the bigger one of the two, finally completing the zipper with a huff.

Just on time, her phone rang. Without looking at the caller ID, she held the thing to her ear. "Yes?"

"I'm here. Do you need help?"

She glances out of her window to see that Sean is, in fact, here, and is getting out of his car anyway without waiting for a response. She grinned. "Well, you're coming up anyway, so you might as well"

He glances up at her window and sends her a wave. She waves back, and then scurries into the bathroom to do a last sweep of things. "You know you still haven't hung up yet, right?"

He laughs. "Yeah, I'm just too lazy to move my hand right now."

"You do know you just waved? Right?"

The sound of a door closing can be heard on the other line, probably the elevator to get to her floor, as he says, "Yeah, but that was my left hand. My right one is the one I don't want to move"

"Ah, yes. So you're just dumb," she teases.

"You're one to talk!"

A knock sounds at her door, and she hangs up without hesitation. "Coming!" She yells, maneuvering around bags and discarded clothes.
