Getting out of the bed I walk to the pool and sat on the edge of it as I put my feet in it. The only thing helping me to see is the lights in the pool, the light on the back door, and the full moon. Coming out here helps me think a lot. Going to the edge of the city wasn't and option at this time so I have to make due with what relaxing setting I have on hand.
Tj had been blowing me up ever since I left his house so I blocked him on everything because honestly I don't wanna hear anymore lies. How can someone you put your all into lie to you. Maybe he was lying about loving me to. I pray he didn't take it that far.
I can't even blame Janiyah for what she's done. If he wouldn't have told me he's a virgin right before she told me he has a baby on the way I wouldn't be so mad about the whole situation and I could have talked him into going back to take care of it.
Running away from a baby, I just can't believe it. Imagine if we got to that point were we did wanna have children together and he runs away. Running away from an unborn child is just stupid to me.
SUNDAY MORNING
Forcing myself out of bed I went to my bathroom to do my hygiene. After doing so I went down the stairs and cook me some breakfast. Turkey bacon, eggs and waffles considering I didn't really feel like going to go get any. Taking my plate out with me I went to check the mailbox since I haven't in 2 days.
"Hey Aniyah, How you been?" My neighbor, Mrs. Gloria, said as she waved at me. Shes an elder in her 70s and She's been staying here way before we moved here. She treats me as her own, and I'm just disappointed that I never took the time to check on her. Her granddaughter, Justice, is one of my cheer mates but we we never became close.
"Oh hey" I replied grabbing the mail going over to give her a hug. Taking a seat in the rocking chair that was there on the porch I ate my food.
"How you been?" She asked.
"I've been pushing through" I replied before taking a bite of my waffle.
"Where's you boyfriend?" She chuckled as she looked around.
"Ms. Gloria that is not my boyfriend" I laughed.
"You sure?" She asked.
"Well, yeah we kinda haven't been on the right track since last night" I took a deep sigh and you could hear the hurt in my voice.
"Oh hunny, you can't let that disappoint you. Your smart and beautiful so if he can't act right you have to move on as well as him. Did you take the time to hear him out?" She asked and I thought about it.
"No, I mean why should I? Everything that was said was enough explaining its self" I shrugged as I shook my head and pushed my eggs around my plate.
"You can't just leave a situation without any type of explanation directly from him. Do you know exactly why you left him?" She asked.
"I mean I found out he has a baby on the way after he told me he was a virgin. He came here to Houston to get away from what was going on. The dates from when she said she got pregnant add up to the same time he came here" I replied and the information was logically put together in my head.
"Who told you that he had a baby on the way?" She asked concerned.
"One of his friends girlfriend. I mean she had a problem with me ever since she walked- oh my gosh" my eyes widened.
"There you go" Ms. Gloria laughed.
"He wouldn't possibly talk to me now" I shook my head and it would be a weird situation if he did.
