Chapter 10

Jennie’s POV

After running away from Lisa, I lean on to my door as I closed it. Damn, good thing was she didn’t saw Kai giving me a kiss before he runs to his car. We almost got caught in there, as much as possible I don’t want Kai to go in my house anymore because of the presence of Lisa but he was too stubborn to listen to me. 

We can’t check on a hotel because people will surely suspect about us, and clearly we can’t go to his personal house because he’s living with her mom and even on the dorm because he’s staying with his co-members. Kai and I made out I don’t know for how any hours, because he says he misses it, and maybe I do too?

Kai and I had been together for years, but I haven’t surrendered my everything to him, sure thing I saw him naked because that’s how far we’ve gone, him naked and I still clothed in my bra and lingerie, we only went to kissing and touching. 

Heaving a deep sigh I lay at my bed and think of Lisa. I’m so guilty at what I have told her earlier, I didn’t mean to tease her but I have to be silly for her to believe me that I don’t have a boyfriend. And the fact that up until now I haven’t told Kai about the kiss between me and Lisa.

I woke up early around 6am, I quickly went downstairs to cook breakfast for Lisa. I felt sorry because I wasn’t able to give her a good treatment since she stayed here at my house. I took care of her the first night that she spent in my house because she was sick, but the food that I made her eat wasn’t mine. I decided to cook her favourite Korean dishes which are Pork Spine Soup, gamjattang and tuna kimbap.

Preparing the plates and utensils in the table I glance to the staircase to see Lisa wearing her office attire. She was wearing black slacks, a white long sleeves that tucks into it and a black high heels. My mouth almost watered in the sight, I raise my brow while checking her out.

“I have meeting with my investors and contractors.” She suddenly spoke and I look into her brown doe eyes.

“It’s too early, I had prepared breakfast for you. You can eat with me.” I offered, she look at me for minute then shook her head.

“I’m sorry but I have to go..” She started walking heading to the garage and I followed her immediately.

“I can pack it, if you wan’t to.” I stopped at the door of the garage while leaning in there.

“No need, but thank you. We’ll meet at the cafe so I’ll take breakfast with them.” I sighed as disappointment rose in my face. She pull a key in her pocket.

“You have your car?” I asked

She raise her hand and point at the yellow Mercedes Benz “Wow” is all that I can say.

She hop into the car, and wear her sun glasses, I swear this was the sexiest sight that I have ever seen in my life.

“See you later Nini.” That’s what she said before starting her engine and driving through the way outside my house.

I blink several times; did she just call me Nini? Wait is she aware that Nini was Kai’s nickname? Fuck! Did she already know? Oh no this can’t be! I have to talk to her later when she got home.

Apparently that night, Instead of Lisa Irene went to my house saying that Seulgi and Lisa would be staying at a penthouse in Seoul with Seulgi’s relative and to talk about business. I’m totally freaking out, what If Lisa doesn’t want to stay here anymore because she found out that I lied in her face? Irene seems to notice it because she held my hand to stop me from fidgeting my fingers.

“What’s wrong Jen?” she asked as she put the cup of tea in the table.

“I, I have something to tell you Unnie.” I confess, Irene was my bestfriend even before Kai became my boyfriend, but the problem is I haven’t told Irene about Kai and I.
