Chapter 31

Irene's POV

Wendy kept on glancing at me as she drive, she was fully aware that my mind wasn't at ease right now because Jennie wasn't answering my calls. When Lisa told me that she's on her way to Korea, I know that she would surely see Kai with Jennie. I shouldn't have let Jennie talk to him tonight in the first place.

"Mind sharing what's happening?" Wendy asked, I haven't told her yet what's about to happen. She was aware of Jennie and Kai's relationship, and we all know what's happening between Lisa and Jennie.

"Jen's about to get caught, Lisa was on her way here and Jennie invited Kai to come over her house for them to talk and break up with him."

"Shit." She curses under her breathe. "I mean that would worsen the situation when Lisa caught him in Jennie's house."

"I know, I shouldn't have let ger deal with that guy alone." I said frustrated, Wendy immediately reach for my hand intertwining it with hers.

"Don't blame yourself, Let's trust Jenjen okay?" I nodded then heave a deep sigh.

I looked into my phone to see of Lisa had sent me a text already indicating that she was already here in Korea but there was none.

Wendy told me to get some nap because we still have hours before we can get to Seoul, even though I was waiting for Lisa's text and Jennie's respond my eyes automatically shut because of staying up late last night. Wendy and I spend the night walking in the village, and making love before we doze off to sleep. I can't deny the fact that I was surprised to know that she has a quite strong stamina in love making. I blushed at the thought of the happenings in the past few weeks, that was my thought when I doze off to sleep.

"Joohyun wake up.." I heard Wendy mumbled beside me. Slowly I opened my eyes and see her face inches away from me. I let my arm wrapped around her neck as I close my eyes.

"Still sleepy." I mumbled smiling, She snuggled on my neck sniffing. I contently sigh and stretch my neck giving her access when I felt her giving me feathery kisses.

"Love you have to wake up." She spoke in my cheeks still showering me with kisses.

"If you would wake me up by doing that I might just want to cuddle." I open my right eye adjusting to the light. She gave me a peck on my nose and back away.

"That offer was tempting but I want to inform you that we're already infront of Jennie's house." she said yawning. I quickly opened my eyes then look at the sorrounding to see that she wasn't lying. I look at my wrist watch to see that it was already 2 in the morning.

When I turn to look at the drive way Kai's car was still there. It was past 9 pm when Lisa told me that she was on her way to Korea, I wonder if she haven't went to Jennie yet.

"I should go with you." Wendy spoke unbuckling her seatbelt.

I nodded and we both exited her car. Before we can totally stepped into the foyer, Kai step out of the door while buttoning his polo , his hair disheveled. When he met my gaze a smirk was drawn into his face.

"Hey Irene." He greeted me but I glared at him.

"What did you and Jennie do?" I ask through gritted teeth. He run his hand through his hair and speak.

"Why won't you go inside and ask her yourself?" He walked passed by me, without glancing at him I went inside the house. Wendy grab my arm to fave her.

"Love, will you please calm down?"

"I'am calm Seungwan." my voice hinting Im feeling otherwise.
