11. MIGNIGHT THOUGHTS

Did you ever ask yourself,
How does it feel to be someone else;
To see the world in a different lens,
To walk in the path with a new rhythm in each step?

Did you ever dream,
To see the sun in the night;
Even you know it won't come,
No matter how you beg the stars for this sight?

Did you ever talk to a stranger,
During the cold night of November;
Sharing the words you can't even tell to your father,
Hoping he will be your ears forever?

Did you ever wake up,
In the middle of the night;
With midnight thoughts you can't stop,
Provoking your poetic heart to write?

If your answer is yes,
Maybe we're in the same boat,
Sailing in the sea of uncertainty,
Fighting the ruthless waves in our route.
