In a world where we easily judge people base on how they look,
Where our faces become the first currency of attraction,
Where physical beauty has always been the undying hook,
I cannot help but ponder about this particular question.

I have always wondered if only our eyes can easily see,
Beyond the shallow surfaces of our identity,
Beyond the colors of our skin or the shape of our body,
Beyond everything, society dictated as standards of beauty,

How would our world will be if we look at people in that way?
Not merely for something they have no control in this genetic lottery,
But to look deeper in the very essence of their being and identity.

It might be such a useless inquiry against the status quo of our reality,
But have you ever wondered how will it be if we look at people for the first time,
And we see the complexion of their kindness or the shape of their wisdom,
Instead of the color of their skin or the symmetry of their faces?

Cheers to all those questions of mine, this world can never answer :((
