Snowed in

I wake up to the sound of Chesla barking. Aphmau was still next to me. "Chesla Shhhhh, mommy is sleeping." Chesla looks at me. "Awe I can't be mad at you little girl, but really you gotta be quiet." She jumps up on the couch and cuddles in between Aph and I. I slowly fall back to sleep with the other two.
"Aaron,"
I opened my eyes slowly, "Oh Good morning."
"Good morning," she giggles. "So you hungry?"
"I could eat."
"Good." She climbs off the couch and makes her way to the kitchen. I get lost in my thoughts until I hear Aph gasp. "AARON!!!!" She comes running into the living room.
Her eyes lit up, "Aph?? What happened?"
"SNOW!!"
I just shook my head, "of course there's snow love its December."
"No I mean a lot of snow." She looks through the window. "I actually think we're stuck in here."
I sit up and look out the window, "Wow!" She looks at me with a smirk. "what's that look for?"
"You wanna do something fun?"
I look down at my red cast on my left leg. "What kind of fun?"
She smiles at me, "Movies?"
I Look up at her, "Of course." I smile.
She smiled big and grabbed the remote. She cuddles right next to me. This is nice you know, to know that you're loved again.
She clicks on the remote buttons and plays a movie I've never heard of. "whats this movie?
She giggles, "it's a chick flick."
I roll my eyes, and then smile, "Of course it is."

Aph and Chesla fell asleep while watching the movie, so this gives me sometime to order Aphs Christmas present. I look on online because I won't have anytime to go out shopping because I get my casts off tomorrow and physical therapy starts again. But I plan to get her something special because she is very special to me.
I scroll through Amazon hoping to find something. Anything.
I see some stuffed animals, notebooks, and other stuff but nothing really special. I hope I find something.
