"I didn't mean what I said, Dallon... I really didn't," Josh says, when he's back in the kitchen, trying to calm himself down a little.
Dallon just sits him down and wraps his arm around Josh's shoulder.
"Hey, I know, Josh. Take a deep breath. It's okay," Dallon answers and Josh slowly starts to calm down a little.
"I know you didn't mean what you said in a bad way. I get that you get tired. If you need me to take care of Ty from time to time, just tell me. I can handle it," Dallon says and Josh nods.
"I don't want to bother you with asking for help every time I get overwhelmed." "Hey, you literally took care of Brendon, like, last week. And I would definitely do the same for you. You look like you need some rest."
Josh nods and looks up at Dallon.
"I do... I really need some rest."
Dallon nods too and pours Josh a glass of water.
"How about Tyler comes here, one day a week? That way he can play with Brendon once a week. It would be nice for them and it would give you some time for yourself."
Josh nods and takes a few sips of his water. Then, Tyler comes walking into the kitchen, extending his hands and making grabby hands at Josh.
"Hi, little one," Josh says and Tyler giggles.
"I's a big boy, daddy," he says and Josh chuckles while picking Tyler up and putting him in his lap.
"Of course, baby."
Tyler smiles and looks at Josh's face.
"Is you sad, daddy?" He asks and Josh shakes his head.
"No, baby. Daddy's just a little tired." "Oh... Daddy needs a nap!" Tyler exclaims and he jumps from Josh's lap.
"Come, you gotta take a nap, daddy!" "Honey, daddy doesn't need to take a nap at Dally's place."
Tyler frowns and pulls at Josh's hand.
"No, daddy needs a nap!"
Josh looks at Dallon helplessly and Dallon just smiles.
"Hey, Ty, daddy can't go to sleep because I still need to talk to him," Dallon says and Tyler pouts.
"But Dally. Daddy is tired, so he needs a nap!" "I think daddy will take a nap when you two get home, alright? For now, daddy and I just have to talk about something."
Tyler nods.
"Okay. I's gonna play with Beebo!"
With that, Tyler walks out if the kitchen and Josh looks at him, with a smile on his face.
"He's just such a sweet boy... He would never hurt a fly... and I just feel bad for ever saying that it is becoming too much for me..." he says and Dallon nods.
"Let's just see if Tyler being here once a week is gonna help you, okay?"
Josh hums in response and smiles.
"Thank you so much for helping me out." "You're welcome."
