~Chapter 23~

The next day, just as Peri said, they started on the massive stack of papers Peri had picked up from the school after their long absence. Lapis groaned throughout all of it, some of the missing work she got through easily, while others seemed like another class she took with the way Peri taught her. Standing up and walking around while she explained it, one hand bent around her back, and the other pointing up. Her eyes closed while she paced back and forth. Lapis giggled here and there, but was silenced by a stern look from Peri. Eventually, with a few breaks for food, and Lapis trying to seduce Peri in order to get out of working, the paper stack was gone. Lapis checked her phone and raised an eyebrow, and got up. Peri, who was nodding off and slumped over the little table they had been working on, looked up sleepily.
" Where are you going Lapis..?" Peri said tiredly, sitting up slowly, and fixing her glasses.
" We smell like papers, hard work, and shame, I'm gonna shower. Do you wanna come in with me?" Lapis asked, already taking clothes off, and searching for a towel.
" Uh.. I guess I can. Though I'm not sure I agree with the shame part of the smell." Lapis chuckled and walked back over, helping her up, and then going to start the shower. Peri stripped down and tossed her clothes in the dirty bin. She grabbed Lapis's as well, doing the same with them before making her way to the shower. Lapis had started it, sitting on the edge of the tub and testing out the water, before pulling up the knob and and starting the shower head. She got up and got in, raising her hands up to her shoulders in a criss cross motion, and swayed back and forth. Peri for in slowly after, tying her hair up, and hugging Lapis, leaning into her body, and closing her eyes.

" You really must be tired hon.. you did alot of good work today. Thank you~" Peri responded with a nod, before coming up with something to say.
" It was alot of work. I wonder how your teachers teach you.. hehe."

" Oh.. whatever you!" Lapis exclaimed, rolling her eyes and pulling back under the water completely. Peri continued to hug her, following her under the water and getting part of her hair wet. She sputtered here and there, and eventually pulled out her, and lathered herself up. 20 minutes went by and they eventually came out. Peri dried herself quickly, and practically ran and jumped into the bed. Lapis was a bit more calm walking out. She yawned, and pulled herself into bed as well. She pulled close to Peri, and nibbles her neck alittle bit, and leaned over to see if she was still awake. But once her head had hit the pillow, Peri was out cold.

The next morning was like routine for Lapis and Peri, both brushing their teeth and hair, Lapis putting on the tiny bit of make up that she does use, and watching Peri, who didn't much care for it, skip over it and just don't was her face. They finished, but not before Lapis had pretty much forced applied alittle blush onto Peri's already rosy cheeks. They ate breakfast, before being finally on their way to class. Peri had her headphones in, and danced alittle bit next to Lapis, singing to herself while they made their way their. Lapis just checked a bunch her games that she played, logging in to get bonuses, and other rewards. A lot of the same people that normally listened to Peri sing on her way to school chuckled seeing her bouncing and nodding her head when she sang, and the raised eyebrow look that Lapis would give her every now and then when she looked up. Bei g back had it's percs it seemed, with a bunch of students who had heard the news, and even a few that talked to Peri here and there, had come to her asking about it and seeing if she was ok. Garnet had even noticed that Jasper had seemed more relaxed when she had seen Peridot. Though she decided to keep that to herself for now. They all are lunch together, and Lapis could see more of how much a mom Pearl was, fussing over how Amethyst ate her food. Lapis giggled watching them, before noticing that Peri was back to being her quiet self, reading and checking over her assignment schedule and marking things in her calendar.

" I assume I'm not going to see my lustful little gem for awhile now, am I?" Lapis teased, leaning into her.

" That is correct. We need to be paying attention to our studying, it's almost time for mid terms! And after just trying to get through that last stack of homework, I think I'd much rather cram a day of homework instead of like a week's worth!" Peri said, taking a brief break and looking up at Lapis, who was making a pouty face. " What.. what's that look for?"

" But um.. what if I want to get naughty in the bed?" Lapis said, whispering and leaning in more.

" Well then I guess you better finish your work before me, or work really really hard to persuade me."

"That won't be too hard and you know it." Lapis said, moving a hand to her thigh and squeezing it, making her jump and squeak softly. " We both know that much is true." Peri bit her lip, and blushed even more, giving Lapis a look, and trying to stifle a retort. She placed her hand on Lapis, and gave it a squeeze.

" Even if that is true, you won't win if my homework isn't done, and I have my own ways of making you listen too, don't forget." Peridot said, her voice shaking alittle bit while she whispered, but getting more confident as she neared the end of what she was saying. She leaned in and lightly nibbles Lapis's neck, not caring at this particular moment who saw. Lapis blushed as well, and met gaze after she pulled away, and held her hand up to we're she was bitten.

" Oh you little shit.. you know what that does to me.." Peri smirked, and leaned back to look at what she was doing on her phone. Lapis fidgeted, and got up, heading off somewhere. Peri paid it no mind and looked up to converse with the others for a bit. She then eventually got up to start heading to class early. On her way, she was grabbed and pulled into an empty room. She couldn't really see anything at the time, but could hear the door lock, and feel a body pressed against her, and a hand over her mouth. She panicked, but only for a short while, the first thing calming her was the unmistakable scent that Lapis had, something that intoxicated Peri, especially when she was in the mood.
She calmed down, and stopped struggling so much, dispute being pressed against the wall. But before she could say anything when Lapis moved her hand, her lips were greeted with Lapis's. She was rough, and very forward. Peri had mixed emotions, most of her wanting this so badly right now, but she needed to be in class, and they were at school, of all places. But all voice of reason fleeted away with every touch Lapis made against Peri's bare skin, and the more undressed they both got. Peri moaned out softly, and cover her mouth, and ended up sinking to the floor with Lapis, letting her just take the lead, her mind to clouded to make a decision.
