I groaned as Mr.Carr handed out an assignment. Math assignments were the WORST!!! I could hardly understand them. However, the freshman across from me seemed to have no problem with it. His name was Leo Something-or-Another. I really couldn't bother remembering. I don't know how a freshman got into this class. It is a senior class after all. But whatever. I have a math assignment to do.
After staring at my paper for what seemed like forever, I decided that I needed a break. I had done WAY too much math for today. As I looked over, the kid had already finished! Wha-how?! I shook my head. I would never understand that guy. He certainly wasn't a nerd, he sat at the back of the room, cracking jokes for the whole period, but somehow managed to get a perfect grade! It's like he's been doing this since he was a little kid! I shook my head again. Now was NOT the time to think of the weird freshman in our class. I had a break to take.
"Mr.Carr!" I called, raising my hand," Can I use the restroom?"
Mr.Carr sighed."Alright, Ms.Carrok. Write yourself a pass."
I smiled smugly as I reached for a pass. As I passed the Leo kid, he was fiddling with a few gears and wires. He saw me and raised his eyebrow. I shrugged in response, and he turned back to his gadget. I grabbed a bathroom pass, and began to fill it out. Just as I left, I heard Mr.Carr announce a test on Friday. Who would put a test on FRIDAY??!!! Everyone groaned, including Leo, although it seemed like he didn't really care. I flipped my black hair over my shoulder and close the door behind me. I was going to take full advantage of that bathroom break.
A/N So how'd you guys like it? I know it's a little short, but you can't force these things, ya know? Anyway, I was thinking about this earlier. Leo is probably that one kid that got placed in REALLY difficult math, but manages to get perfect grades, even though he doesn't pay attention. Bye, for now! :)
