"Oh my God"
Those were the only words that penetrated the silence of the hallway as Drew Tanaka's locker sprayed pink paint all over her. Alas, it was too good to be true.
"Leo Freaking Valdez! I'm going to kill you!" Drew shrieked, whipping around so fast that drops of paint flew off her hair and onto the wall. Just then, my best friend, Leo Valdez, stepped forwards.
"What makes you think it was me, Drew?" He asked, twirling a wrench "innocently".
"You're the only one who could set up something like this!" She wailed.
"Aw, did you just indirectly call me smart? He put a hand to his heart mockingly. "Besides, maybe if you fixed your attitude instead of blaming me, this wouldn't happen as often."
"I mean," a voice, with a slight British accent spoke from across the hallway. "He's not wrong,"
"Oh my gods, Sadie," It was a male voice this time, "Shut up." Ah, the famous Kane siblings. No one actually believed that they were siblings at first, since they were polar opposites, in looks and behavior, but they kept insisting that it was true, and people had eventually lost interest.
"Well," Drew said, ignoring the siblings, "Shut up and fix it!"
"Mmm no thanks," Leo said turning around "I'm not really feeling it today. Feel free to complain to Piper after school. I'm sure she'll get a good laugh out of it."
Drew glared at the back of his head as he walked away, whistling. "Well," she challenged "What are you guys looking at? Scram!" And just like that, everyone went back to what they were doing. I ran to catch up with Leo.
"Dude, how'd you do that?" I asked. He shrugged.
"Pretty simple actually. Just had to get a really small paintball gun, almost, and find a way to connect the trigger to the lock on the door, so that when she opened her locker, the trigger would be pulled and shoot the paint at her. Like I said, simple."
"I-that's not simple, but okay."I replied. He tossed the tool he was fiddling with in the air and caught it. Leo always had some tools on him. It was weird, but I'd learned not to ask.
"I gotta head to Science," Leo said, looking bored already. "See ya, Jack." He gave me a mock salute and headed toward his own locker. I smirked and saluted back, walking away with the image of Drew Tanaka, the Queen Bee of B.A.G, covered in paint.
A/N So.....hey *nervous laughter* It's been a while. That was my fault, sorry about that. Anyway, yes, I did include a KC cameo. No, I'm not sorry. That series doesn't get the attention it deserves. Like, seriously! The character are just...great. It's got a great plot, tons of representation, what's not to like? I just feel the need to mention that Zia is F A B and I love her. Anyways, that was my mini rant for the day! Hope you enjoyed!
