"Hello Keith" I smiled back. We all hugged, laughing. A few moments later, we found ourselves talking and catching up on each other's lives. "I served in the blade of Marmora but since the galaxy is no longer battled with any threats, I resigned from the blade," Keith explained. "This gives me more time to have some time off for myself." He added. "Anyway, it's getting late. We should start getting ready for bed. I have some sleeping bags in the back which you guys can borrow." Pidge said as she stood up from the floor to get the sleeping bags.

It was around 10:00 pm where we were still joking around, having pillow fights in the living room and watching movies. It was amazing. Then we slipped into our sleeping bags and laid on the living room floor. I closed my eyes, happy that we were finally together and... To be honest, I'm still surprised that no one brought up Shiro, who's been off the grid for the last 5 years. I was about the drift away into a dream when Keith asked. "Lance, you've changed." I what? I'm quite certain I didn't. "What do you mean?" I asked. "Well... Before Allura... You know, you changed." Pidge added. "You were so fun and charismatic and goofy but ever since you started hanging out with Allura, you just... stopped." Hunk said in a concerned voice. "Well... Maybe I changed because of love." Pidge sat up and stared at me with disbelief. "Love? This isn't love." Pidge said, worried. Those words infuriated me. "Well, what do you know about love? Maybe just maybe have you taught that you know nothing about it?" I yelled, angrily and irritated. Pidge stared at me. Her eyes haunted what she had just heard and saw, Shaking towards my direction, she stood up and walked towards me.

Maybe I was too harsh on her... I shouldn't have snapped; that's very unlike me... Maybe I have changed. Pidge walked closer and closer but the moment we were eye to eye, walked around me. I turned around to see where she was heading. Behind me, a small silver box on a table, quite broken, with a red beeping light. Pidge sat down on the seat and started turning it off and on and tinkering in fear and confusion. "Lance you shouldn't have yelled, "Keith said with death angry eyes. "I know I kn- did you just tell me not to yell?" I said in confusion. Keith is a tempered hot head, he would usually be the one to yell. "Well... Yeah." Keith said. "Coming from you Keith? I'm honestly in awe. I honestly am." I said, getting impatient.  "Great. Now your acting like yourself! Rude and obnoxious Lance." Keith said walking towards me. "I don't know why you always have to act so childish, even after 5 years," Keith said, pulling on my turtle neck. "Well, I don't know why you and Pidge have been so close now compared with the time where we served Voltron! What are you guys? dating?" I replied, preparing my arm to pull on his stupid mullet. "Guys stop it." Hunk said nervously. Sweet hunk never changed, I don't know if I changed?  Had I forgot who I am? I started questioning myself at this point. Keith let go of me and went towards Pidge. Maybe they were in a relationship at this point. They never brought it up after that.

"Are you okay Pidge?" Keith asked. "I- I'm sorry" I said sincerity. Pidge didn't move. "I built this signaler when we still served on Voltron, it was supposed to signal and track the lions in case any of them got lost, but 5 years ago, I shut it off since the lions left us," Pidge explained. "So what's the problem?" Hunk said, concerned. "The red light is beeping which can only mean...No... It can't be." Pidge said, haunted by the signaler. I opened my mouth, widened my eyes and sighed.... "They're back."
