Chapter 6: The Way You Treat Me Is So New To Me

Kat and I went to the bathroom to change.
Azaria: "Can I tell you something?"
Kat: "Go ahead"
Azaria: "So Colby and I agreed on no feelings and I'm falling hard. He doesn't even realize. And the kiss meant nothing to him it was just because there were fans..."
Kat: "Are you gonna tell him?"
Azaria: "I don't know..."
We finished getting ready and went to find the boys. Kat and Sam kissed and walked toward a group of people.
Colby: "Everyone is here now."
I nodded and walked away. He grabbed my wrist and pulled me back.
Colby: "Are you okay?"
Azaria: "I'm fine"
I walked away and he followed. He introduced me to everyone and we went on a couple rides.
Colby: "I'm winning you whatever you want."
He pulled me up to a game. I pointed to a giant teddy bear.
Colby: "I'm gonna get it for you!"
I nodded and giggled. He smiled. He played the game a couple times and surprisingly got the bear. I squeezed it and smiled at him. He mumbled something but I didn't hear it.
Colby: "Are you ready to go?"
I nodded. We said bye to everyone and walked to his car. We got in and drove back to my apartment. He placed his hand on my thigh and looked at me. I decided to just leave it there. We got to my apartment and he walked me up. We were quiet for a second before I realized we both started to lean in. We kissed for a second before pulling away.
Azaria: "I should umm go inside..."
Colby: "Yeah Your right. Bye"
He gave me a side hug and walked away.
Colby: "I'll text you!"
Azaria: "You better!"
I smiled and walked inside.
{A week later}
Colby has been hooking up with more girls lately. I've gotten some hate and so has Colby for us hanging out. We have hung out a couple of times since Santa Monica but not much. He's been busy with the Sam and Colby. And yes I started to fall even more. I really liked him. Maybe even loved him. I was wearing leggings and his neon hoodie. I was on his bed editing a YouTube video. He walked in and plopped down onto the bed. I closed the laptop and turned to him.
Colby: "I wanna cuddle!"
I rolled my eyes.
Azaria: "Fine!"
He laughed and I smiled at him. He tickled me and I pushed him away. He pulled me into his chest and we laid there for a little bit.
Colby: "Were going somewhere! Come on"
He jumped up and I joined him. I smiled at him.
Azaria: "Where?"
Colby: "it's a surprise."
I rolled my eyes and put my shoes on. We went to his car and got in. It was 4pm. We drove for about an hour before pulling up to a flower field.
Azaria: "Woah"
Colby: "Kat told me about this place."
I nodded and looked around.
Azaria: "Will you take a picture of me?"
Colby: "Yeah"
He took a couple and then we walked into the field. I wanted to tell him. I wanted to tell him that I love him and kiss him. I knew he didn't love me and I would just end up hurt. Maybe I could make him fall for me. We stayed for about an hour before going back to his car.
Colby: "So There's something I want to do but never did..."
Azaria: "Really?"
Colby: "Yeah. Can we do it?"
Azaria: "At enough gonna tell me what it is?"
Colby: "Nope."
Next thing I know we are at his friends house. He was borrowing his truck.
Colby: "Thanks man. I owe you one!"
We drove the truck and arrived at the drive in. We parked and got out. Colby had had his friend set up blankets and pillows in the backseat.
Azaria: "This is amazing"
He smiled. His smile. That damn smile. I wanted to kiss him. I shook off the feeling and we got in the car. The movie started and I laid my head on Colby's chest and he put his arm around me. I felt happy at this moment. Maybe I should tell him? No just watch the movie...
Colby: "Has any guy treated you this way?"
I sighed.
Azaria: "Only you..."
He was quiet.
Colby: "Even though we aren't really dating I'm gonna treat you the best."
I smiled. I knew this would be hard for me.
Colby: "We are going somewhere every night if we can I promise"
He held up his pinky and we pinky promised. We cuddled and watched the rest of the movie.
