Chapter 13: We Would Never Work

I woke up with a text from Colby.
Colby: "Good Morning beautiful hope you have a good day. Sadly we can't hang today I am busy. But I love you"
I blushed and smiled. I texted back "I love you too". I got out of bed and noticed it was 2pm. I went to my room and showered. I went to my living room and looked at flights. I booked one for two days. Olivia walked in.
Olivia: "Hey"
Azaria: "Hey So when are you going back home for the trip?"
Olivia: "Idk whenever you are"
Azaria: "Ok I'll book your flight. I'm leaving in two days"
Olivia: "Alright"
She grabbed an apple and took a bite. We talked a little and my phone buzzed. I answered it.
Azaria: "Hello?"
Colby: "Hey I just got away from the guys but I wanted to call you"
Azaria: "Aw that's sweet"
Colby: "Yeah"
We're were quiet for a second.
Colby: "Shut up Jake!"
I giggled.
Jake: "Hi Azaria! Ow"
Azaria: "Hi Jake!"
Colby: "She says hi now go away"
I giggled again.
Azaria: "So I am going back home in two days"
Colby: "Aww I'm gonna miss you"
I don't know what we are anymore.
Azaria: "Are you free tonight?"
Colby: "Uhh I was gonna go to a party but I don't have to"
Azaria: "Oh well I just wanna hang out with you before I have to leave. But you can go if you want"
Colby: "Will you come with me?"
Azaria: "I don't know I don't really like party's..."
Colby: "Pleaseeeee you can bring Olivia!"
I sighed.
Azaria: "Fine"
Colby: "Okay pack the stuff you need for a couple days and you can come stay with me and then I'll bring you home to pack. I'll stay with you and take you to the airport too"
Azaria: "Okay!"
I smiled.
Colby: "Ok I'll pick you up at 6"
Azaria: "Alright see you then!"
Colby: "Yeah... I love you"
Azaria: "I love you too"
Colby: "Bye"
Azaria: "Bye"
Olivia was looking at me.
Olivia: "He said I love you!"
Azaria: "I know! Your coming to a party tonight!"
Olivia: "Alright"
I told her and she said she would Uber to the party and meet me. I went to my bathroom and showered. I put on a grey shirt with stars on it that Colby left here. I also put on my black ripped jeans. I picked a small bag. I watched YouTube for a while and edited when there was a knock. I went to answer it.
Colby: "Hey!"
Azaria: "Hi!"
We hugged. I grabbed my bag and we went to his car. We drove to his place. He grabbed my bag for me. I followed him up and he set my back in his room. I sat down on his couch and went onto my phone. He came walking in and sat next to me. I put my phone down and sat criss crossed facing him.
Azaria: "So what did you have to do today?"
Colby: "Just stuff for the London trip"
Azaria: "Oh. How long is it?"
Colby: "A couple days I'll be back before you are. Anyway how long is your trip?"
Azaria: "Probably two to three weeks. I bought a one way ticket so I don't know."
He nodded.
Colby: "I'm gonna miss you so much"
He pulled me onto his lap. We hugged for a little while.
Colby *in my ear* : "I love you"
I remembered we needed to talk about that. I pulled out of the hug.
Azaria: "About that... what are we? I mean I know we are supposed to be dating but I thought that was just the contract? I don't know Colby I'm confused. And what do we do about the contract anyway?"
He was quiet for a second.
Colby: "I would like to really date you but we have a contract. I feel like we wouldn't work anyway..."
I was shocked. I was also still on his lap and it was... weird?. I just nodded.
Azaria: "What if we got rid of the contract and just dated?"
Colby: "I would like that but I don't know if it would work"
I sighed and leaned on his chest. I kissed his cheek. He smiled.
Colby: "Your So perfect"
We started kissing. We ended up making out. I straddled Colby and the kiss turned heated. His hands traveled up my sides. He pulled my shirt off. He started kissing my neck... until there was a knock on the door.
Azaria: "Colby... stop you should get that"
He stopped kissing and I got off his lap. I pulled my shirt back on and fixed myself. He opened the door and I saw a guy that I know as Brennen from Colby's videos.
Colby: "Whats up man!"
Brennen: "Yo Whats up!"
They did a bro hug thing and they came in.
Brennen: "Oh is this the girlfriend?"
Colby: "Uh yeah Azaria this is Brennen. Brennen Azaria"
Brennen: "Hey"
Azaria: "Hi"
They talked and I tuned it out. We had two hours to get ready.
Azaria: "Babe I'm gonna get ready for the party"
Colby: "Alright"
He didn't look at me. I went into his room and got ready for the party.

I walked out of the bathroom and Colby was pulling on a shirt.
Azaria: "Hey babe"
Colby: "Damn you look good, as always"
I blushed. Well that's new. He put his hands on my hips and slowly leaned in to kiss me.
Brennen: "Are you guys ready to go?"
We didn't get to kiss but Colby turned around.
Colby: "Yep! We have to pick up Azaria's friend"
Brennen: "Alright Lets go!"
We ordered an Uber and I texted Olivia. Colby and I sat in the row behind Brennen. We picked up Olivia and she sat in the same row as Brennen. I leaned my head on Colby's shoulder and he placed his hand on my thigh. He gave it light squeezes from time to time. We arrived at the party and walked in. I noticed a few YouTubers like David Dobrik and the vlog squad. We lost Brennen and went to get drinks. Olivia and I danced around a little until I felt hands on my hips. I was a little drunk and thought it was Colby. I turned my head and realized it was Brennen and stopped.
Brennen: "Come on don't stop"
He tightened his grip on my thighs. If I was more drunk I would have kept going but I pushed him away and danced alone. Olivia joined in and the three of us were dancing. I saw Colby playing beer pong. I had another drink and Brennen and I sat down on a couch. I got to know Colby's friend better. Colby stumbled over to me.
Colby: "Come on"
I reached his hand out and I took it. We started dancing and I grinded on him.
Colby: "I need you baby"
I kissed him. I told Olivia bye and we called an Uber. We got to his apartment and Colby picked me up and carried me to his room. I think you know what happened. I fell asleep in Colby's shirt, in his arms. I slept the best I had in awhile.
