"Here try it." Kia said placing a fry in his face after she dipped it in her sundae
"Kia get that out of my face." He scrunched up his face swatting her hand away
"Suit yourself." Kia stuffed the fry in her mouth and chewed dancing in her seat

"Kia?" Dom asked seeing her face grow red as the tears pooled around her eyes
He reached over the table grabbing her face, using the pad of his thumb to wipe away her tears.
"Dom I don't want to lose you, if I go to jail I'm going to lose you. We're going to drift apart and your going to move on with your life."
"Kia I'd rather kill myself then move on, your the love of my life."
Kia shook her head and sniffled. "Stop talking like that Dominic."
"Kia I'll spill my blood for you and you know this."
"Dom you don't understand, I'm looking at 15 plus if I'm found guilty."
Dom sighed removing his hands from her face, standing up so can can slide in the booth next to her. Wrapping his arms around her shoulder and bringing her to his chest.
"You wanna here a poem I wrote for you last night?"
"Before or after you put me back on the couch?" Kia asked wiping her eyes
Dom chuckled and kissed the side of her face before reciting his poem.
"I will always love you,
I will love you with an unconditional love.
And because I so deeply love you,
I will always try to give you the world.
You deserve the moon and the stars
Just for the person you are.
The sun for your beautiful smile,

Because I truly love you,
I will never cease to try and make you laugh.
