"At this point in life I'm tired. Physically, Mentally, and emotionally. When I went home the other day, I cried myself to sleep with Coco laying on my lap. I don't know what to do anymore, it's like I'm lost and need to be found." Dom said shrugging

Eddy sipped from his cup before sitting it down. He hopped down from where he was sitting.

"I'm here for you Dom. I know you probably don't trust niggas no more but I'm here, if you need to talk, or a shoulder to cry on I'm here. I'm not gon' keep saying it because you hear me. My family is here for you too."

"We need to visit them sometime this week. I know they miss me."

"Oh my gosh Eddy! Tell him to call us, we miss him around here." Eddy said mocking Maggie

Dom chuckled. "See first time I seen you smile in a week, coming to work grouchy and shit." Eddy slapped his back

He slid the balcony door open and they walked in. "You know, ion know why but when somebody walk out my life it hurts. Especially me suffering with separation anxiety, shit got me depressed as fuck. I miss Kia men, so bad it hurts."

"Maybe she was protecting you, I'm not sticking up for her or anything but think about it from her perspective. If you knew from the gate you would have said it was you and you would have been sitting in jail long time ago. She held it off ass long as she could, now it's catching up with her so she don't have no other choice."

"And you right, that's my wife till death due us part."

"Ooouuu energy, let me wife a bitch real quick." Eddy said fanning himself

"You think I should call her?" He asked Eddy leaning against the cabinet

"That's all up to you, don't bother if your not ready to forgive her. You were more upset that she lied to you, y'all can get through this Dom. Real shit don't divorce your wife over no petty shit like this."

"It's not petty, I can't trust nobody who gon' lie to me about simple shit like this. Shit could have been avoided."

"Yeah yeah yeah, go to counseling or something shit. Hit this gym with me for the one time. Oh and before I forget." Eddy walked up to his key rack and grabbed a set of keys

"You can have my BMW and this is a key to my house, your welcomed anytime." He put them in Dom hands

Dom looked down and smiled. He dapped Eddy up and gave him a hug.

"I appreciate you for real, I have to pay y'all back."

"No need, like I said earlier. I'm here for you."

Dom pulled from the hug and nodded. Maybe it was really time for a change. They continued to conversate as they made their way to Eddy's home gym.

When Dom arrived home he noticed that his lights were on. Making his way around the corner he saw Kia sitting in the kitchen with her head down.

"Kia what's up?" Dom asked tossing the keys on the table

Kia looked up with tears in her eyes. She walked up to him and wrapped her arms around his torso.

"I'm sorry." She mumbled laying her head on his chest. "I was going to call but you blocked me. I'm sorry that I lied but I was protecting you. None of this is your fault."

Dom placed his hand and her hair and caressed her head.

"I messed up." Kia sighed removing her arms

She dug in her pocket and pulled out his wedding ring. She wiped her eyes and looked at him.

"Dom I know were not on the best terms. But would you do the honors of being my husband again."

"What makes you think I want you back?"

Kia felt her heart drop. She dropped her hand and shrugged.

"I'm sorry Dom, I shoulda never came. I– um. I'll be on my way. I just wanted to tell you that I love you. I don't want to be on bad terms before I turn myself in." She said sadly

She grabbed his hand and placed his ring in it. She did the same thing that he did to her. She closed his hand into fist and kissed his hand. Standing on her tippy toes she kissed his cheek.

"Take care of yourself Dominic." She stared at him before walking away

Dom looked down at the ring in his hand. He picked it up placing it back on his finger.

"I love too." He mumbled to himself

He was having a good day now his mood was dampened. He walked up to the cabinets when he heard the door shut.

He pulled out his hidden stash. Pulling out bottle after bottle and sitting them on the cabinet top.

He grabbed a bottle of pain pills that h he stole out of Senior's drawer. He was sick of having to deal with other people problems. He was tired of people walking out of his life. Most importantly he wanted to numb the pain.

"Till death due us part." He mumbled as a tear rolled down his face

He opened the pill bottle, taking three out he placed them on his tounge. Opening up the liquor bottle he put it to his lips downing it.

He coughed harshly at the burning sensation. He continued the down the bottle until it was finished. He placed two more pills on his tounge before opening another bottle.

Tears poured down his face feeling his chest burn. He walked up to the sink putting the stoppers in it. He turned on the water and let the sinks feel up.

He finished and opened another bottle. Continuing to drink up the liquor until he felt his body go numb. He vision became blurry. He watched the water overflow onto the kitchen floor.

He went to turn it off but failed. Feeling his body drop to the ground before everything went black. The liquor bottle slid out of his hand.

"Dom you still here?" Kia asked knocking on the door. "Dom I don't want to barge in. I forgot my phone."
