TIME SKIP
DAY OF THE PARTY

Christmas and New Years had gone by without any conflicts, however, Deku had to comfort me and stay by my side the entire day on the twentieth of January. Reason being, that was the day Deku had killed himself the first time I lived through all of this. After that, the months went by and it was already my birthday.

I woke up that morning, groggy and sleepy, and the rays of the sun warmed my face. I slowly sat up and stretched before I looked over to the left and saw Deku asleep in my lap. I rolled my eyes and leaned down to plant a kiss on his head, after which he stirred awake almost effortlessly.

" Knew it."

" Hm? Knew what?"

" That you weren't asleep, you damn nerd."

I ruffled his hair a bit before I leaned back down in the bed and continued to pet him.

" So, today's the day of the party. You nervous?" Deku asked.

" Me? Nervous? Not a chance..." I sighed, " maybe..."

" So am I, so I guess we're on the same boat then."

" Well, worrying about it won't do anything good for us, so let's get ready and start setting things up."

" Right."

We both got out of the bed and walked over to our closets, as I bought one for him to use since he's pretty much moved into my place. Once I grabbed my clothes and was about to head to the bathroom, Deku pulled me over.

" Ah, before I forget." He landed a quick kiss on my lips before he giggled and went off into the kitchen.

After we had breakfast, I started calling our classmates, reminding them that the party was today to see who was coming and who wasn't. Everyone was going to be present, so that was both a good and nerve wracking thing. Deku had gone to the store to buy all kinds of things, so I remained at home to clean up the house a bit before we decorate.

To be honest, this was just a thing to do to try and ease the tensions I had about coming out to everyone, and announcing that Deku and I were a thing. However, I figured it'd be a great idea to have everyone here to hang out and spend some time together on the weekend.

As I was finishing up on cleaning, I heard the front door open and close.

" Kacchan, I'm home!"

" Welcome back!" I finished cleaning what I was cleaning and walked over to the foyer to greet Deku. " So, what'd you get?"

" I bought things for everyone to enjoy. For example, the paper plates have different pro heroes that I noted what each person liked. Like Kirishima, he gets a Red Riot plate. I figured it'd be fun to do things that way, and besides, they came in a set at a
discount."

" Well that sounds like fun. I can't wait to see what this place will look like when we finish decorating."

" It'll be fun! Let's start on it now!"

We laughed together at his excited tone as we looked through the bags filled with decorations.

Time went by, Deku telling how to center things, choosing colours, picking out things that wouldn't leave too big a mess. All of this was what we went through in decorating. Before we knew it, the time was ten minutes before people would start arriving.
