Artemis's POV
I woke up to the sound of the girls in my room talking. I groaned, "Guys, what time is it?""Time to get your butt up!" Toni threw a pillow at my face.
Oh, it's on. I grabbed the pillow and giggled, "Alright." I threw it at the perfect angle.
It went past her. "Ha, you missed."
"I never miss," I smirked. The pillow hit the headboard on the bed, which hit the wall, which rattled her shelf that had her water on it. The water fell right onto her head. Within seconds she was soaked. And I was dying of laughter.
"Oh you're so lucky it's Thanksgiving, or I would-"
"Wait, it's Thanksgiving?!" I asked.
"Yeah," Nicole nodded. "We're going to the Rogers' house? Ya know, to have dinner and stuff."
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!"
"Artemis, we aren't heading over there until it's noon. Besides, nobody is up yet," Toni giggled.
"Alright," I sighed. "Then we'll wait."

Third Person POV
By noon, the entire group piled into a party bus and headed out to the Rogers' house. All the parents were meeting the kids there, so the only parent on the bus was good ole Cap'n 'Merica!"Yo! That shit was fire!"
"Language!" He yelled back to us.
"Sorry, Capsickle!" Thea yelled back to him. The group heard him groan. They laughed. "So what were y'all planning on making?" Thea asked.
"Rolls! I call rolls!" Artemis raised her hand.
"I'll do the turkey with my dad," Brooklyn answered.
"Mashed potatoes," Alek answered.
"The gods are doing a dish from our home planet," Castiel held his head high.
"Oh really?" Thea asked. "And what would that be?"
"Oh I know this one!" Echo smiled. "It's a honey, beer, rump roast!"
"It's very good when made correctly," Leanne answered.
Tau spoke up next, "My father and I will be making our famous Coconut Rice."
"Coconut rice?" Nicole asked.
"Yeah, you fry rice in coconut oil, put a couple herbs and spices on it. My father and I like ours spicy, but it might be too spicy for you. I'm thinking we'll put on a dash of Cayenne, sprinkle of garlic, and some salt and pepper."
"Interesting," Thea replied.
"My father and I have decided we'll do the pies," Nicole answered. "We can do a mean grasshopper pie."
"You put grasshoppers in pies?" Echo asked, as quiet as she could. She was astounded by what she was hearing.
"No," Nicole laughed. "That would be ridiculous."
"What about you Castor?" Thea asked.
"My family and I are doing cranberry sauce and red velvet cake."
"Cool," Thea nodded. "My family's got the casseroles under control."
"Didn't Dad day he was going to make a Hickory Honey Ham?" Toni asked.
"I think so."
"Wait why is your dad doing a meat?" Brooklyn asked.
"Because he wants to," Thea replied.
