A long silence hung over the dragons. Scorpion started at the fierce Rainwing. Her scales shifted shifted to a teal color.  "And why is there a Sandwing with you," she spat out the words like nettles, eyeing Scorpion with cold eyes. Scorpion tried her best to give the dragon a threatening look, but she could tell this dragon felt nothing close to threatened. "Err," Active started.

Suddanly, a shape bonded out behind the dragon. Scorpion jumped as she bounded right a front of her. "wAh!" Scorpion exclaimed as small dragonet stood beaming at her talons. The dragonet had to be about three years old. She was bright yellow with darker blue spots. She was speckled with white spots, and a white streak ran down her back. She beamed up at Scorpion.

"Wow! A real Sandwing! Not only a Sandwing, but a hybrid! I never get to see dragons besides booorrrinng Radioactivewings. Radioactivewings are such a nag, am I right?" Scorpion laughed. "They sure are," she shoot  Active a teesting smile.

"Truth! Stop that and get back here!" the bigger Rainwing hissed. "Awww, but-" "What did I just say young lady? Get, away, for, the Sandwing!" "F-fine! Umpth," Truth took a seat next to the Rainwing, sitting as far as possible away from her. She dug her claws into the side of the huts door to support her small body.

"Who are you two," the Rainwing hissed once again. She focused her glare on Scorpion, but her question was directed at both of them. "Whats your name?" Active hissed. "Speak up you lazy Rainwing," The Rainwing hissed, and Truth gave the two of them a cute little growle.

The Rainwing barked a laugh. "You shouldnt speak that way, to your Queen," she gave Active a royal glare. Active tilted his head. Her scales suddenly turned a bright blue mixed and twirled with indigo. Active hesitated. "Queen? Of the Rainwings?" Scorpion nudged him before he could carry on. The Queen shot Scorpion an amused  look.

"Were sorry, we didn't know ma'am," Scorpion bowed, Active sighed, and followed her lead. "Interesting," the Queen purred. "You two don't have to bow." "So tell me!" Active suddenly boomed in. "What have you, and the other 3 Queens-" "4," the Queen corrected. Active cleared his throat. "4 Queens been doing while everyone else has been fighting in the war? Don't you guys have acid or whatever," he gave the Queen a disappointed look. "Well, I can see your ot from the kingdom, but if you were you'd understand," the Queen smiled with all her teeth.

"So, why are you here anyways?" The Queen looked at them. "We-we just saw a fire, so we came to hel-" "Well you were to late!" the queen interrupted, snering. "Now, lets get names so I can stp calling you two Sandwing and annoying Radioactivewing," "Why should we tell a Rainwi-" "Im Scorpion," Scorpion interrupted.

"And that annoying beast is Active," "Hey!" Active hissed. "Hm, fits him," the queen said slowly. "Were from the prophecy mind you!" Active hissed. "Hm, you must be importent...Lost legens arnt we? The lone Rainwing Queen, and the fake dragonets.-" "Fake?! How dare you call us fake! Infant, you showed bow down to us! Yes, on your knees now!"

"I thought you hated, and agreed the prophecy is fake," Scorpion wisperd. "Did not-....Well, you know what? Im a changed dragon." Active sat down proudly. "Changed you are." Scorpion rolled her eyes. "Hmm," the Queen examined. "Your pretty entertaining...And a good bargain. Come with me and Ill spare your loves," Queen Acid said boredly. "Pardon?! No one takes me hostage-" just then the Rainwing spit a shimmering dark of acid past him. It sizzled into the burn tree.
They were silent for a while...

"Ih-I can do that too! Yha!" Active shot acid out of his fangs. It flew a few feet, then feel on the ground and sizzled away. "...If I wasn't a Queen, Id be laughing right now" the Queen chuckled. "How about this," Scorpion broke in. "We came here from a group of two dragons, A SIlkwing and Flamewing. Perhaps after you see them we could make an arrangement?" Scorpion titled her head. The Queen stared at her. "And you think this will help, how?" She hesitated. She had been planning on Flame and Violet convincing the Queen to well, not take them "hostage." Flame and Violet seemed like the more violent type, unlike Scorpion. But how was se suppose to explain that?

"They're important dragons, I'm sure they'd be worth grabbing," Scorpion explained slowly. Active shoot her a look of surprised, probably a bit  aggravated on  giving away the fact there was four of them. Queen Acid looked at them, amused. "Alright...Sounds worth my time. Take e to them." The Rainwing looked at them as if she knew more then she was saying. Active grunted disapprovingly.  "I'll lead the way," the dragon sighed.
