Emily's POV

I can't believe that I actually told her that. I knew I would eventually, but I always thought that I wasn't ready. I do feel a little better knowing that she knows this about me. It's important that the person I love knows important things about me.

"Em, my parents said that you guys can stay over at our house for a little while. They usually aren't there anyway." Ali said.

"Thank you. I'm going to take them to pack up their stuff." I told her.

"Can I come with you? I don't want to leave you guys alone." she asked.

"Sure. Whatever makes your heart happy." I teased. She stuck her tongue out at me, but still grabbed my hand and led me to my car.

As soon as I pulled into the driveway, I could see that he wasn't home, which meant that he was probably back at the bar. Alison pulled in behind me and came over to my car. I got out and Jack and Jade quickly followed me. I went up to the front door and opened it because I knew that he never locked the door behind them. I took them upstairs and helped Jack and Jade pack up their things, which fit into 3 small bags. We then moved to my room and they all sat down on my bed and I packed my things while I watched Alison talk to my siblings.

We all put our things into my car and Alison directed us towards her house. Her family was well-known in the town for being one of the richest and most perfect families. Her house was really big compared to all of the homes that we had ever lived in. She went up to her front door with Jack in tow. He had already become stuck to her hip which was really cute. He had grabbed her hand once she had opened the door and I had to practically drag Jade inside.

Alison showed Jack and Jade their rooms, and then advised me that I would be sleeping in her room with her. My heart started to beat faster at the thought, but I managed to control it. She gave me a soft smile before taking my hand and lacing our fingers together. I couldn't help but notice that our hands fit perfectly together.

Alison's POV

I could feel the butterflies erupting in my stomach with the way we were holding hands. I looked up at her and noticed a slight blush on her cheeks. Does she really like me the same way that I do for her? We were silent for what felt like ages before she cleared her throat and began to speak.

"Are we going to go to school today?" she asked me.

"We don't have to but our French teacher may yell at us if we miss another day." I told her even though I would rather just stay here with her all day.

"We probably should. I don't know if I can handle another one of her episodes where she just screams words at us that I don't understand." she said which made me giggle.

"Ali, can you drive me to school today?" Jack came into the room and grinned at me.

"Of course little man." I answered.

"What is with everyone and calling me little? You know, you aren't that tall either." he sassed.

"Told you." Emily said, and she just smiled when I glared at her. I grabbed Jack's hand and led him out to my car. Jade followed slowly and got in the car behind him. Emily came out a couple minutes later and got into the passenger's seat. She directed me to their schools and then we pulled into the high school parking lot. We immediately ran into Hanna who did not look very happy to see us.

"Where did you go? I thought you were kidnapped!" she yelled at Emily.

"Ali came and I left with her." she answered.

"Yeah I can see that." Hanna sassed back. We all laughed before we went to class. Emily sat right in front of me and we both had our phones out and were texting each other through the entire class. I had to stop myself from laughing out loud a few times because we didn't want the teacher to take our phones away.

The rest of the school day went by excruciatingly slow, but I got to see the other girls during lunch. At the end of the day, I found Emily standing outside of my class waiting for me. As soon as she saw me, she gave me a bright smile. I smiled back at her and looped my arm around hers.I led her over to the other girls, who invited us to the brew.

"We have a couple extra friends we need to pick up, but we'll meet you there." I answered. They all looked really confused, but eventually just nodded and left. We went and picked up Jade and Jack and then drove to the brew to meet up with the other girls.

As soon as we walked in, Jade ran over to Hanna and started talking to her about fashion. Jack clutched onto my hand and used his other arm to loop around Emily's leg. He obviously was not as comfortable around the other girls. I leaned down next to him and reassured him that they were nice and that he could sit next to me. He smiled at me before he dragged me over and sat in between me and Aria. Emily sat down on my other side, and I grabbed her hand under the table. She looked up at me in surprise, and I couldn't help but notice the slight blush that spread across her cheeks.

Jack ended up talking to Aria and Spencer for almost the entire time they were there, so it left me and Emily to talk to each other, which we really didn't mind. We were all sitting there for almost two hours before we had to leave. None of us really wanted to, but we all had to do homework before the next day. Well Hanna wasn't going to, but she didn't want to be there by herself.

The rest of the day went smoothly, but I started to get nervous about Emily and I sleeping in the same bed. I'm really not sure why, because we have done it plenty of times before. I tried to hide how nervous I was, but it looked as if Emily was doing the same thing. I eventually just climbed into bed with Emily close behind me. The lights were out and we were both silent for what felt like ages until I heard her voice. "Ali, are you awake?"

I didn't say anything, but I turned over to look at her. I know this would be a bad decision, but I feel as if I should tell her about my feelings for her. She doesn't say anything for a few seconds, but then she said something unexpected.

"I know you probably don't feel the same way, but I love you Ali. As more than a friend. And I get it if you don't want to be friends with me anymore-" I cut her off by kissing her. She stayed still for a moment and then began kissing me back. I never believed in the whole feeling fireworks go off whenever you kiss someone you love, but I definitely do now. My hand travelled to the back of her head and tangled in her hair. Her hand settled on my waist and it felt as if my body was on fire wherever she touched me. We pulled away when we needed air.

"I love you too, Emily."
