Suitor

I sighed sitting and waiting, looking out to the endlessly stretching fields of green and yellow. till I saw the large house with the high metal gates where we stopped to be let in, as soon as we reached the house I made sure I looked nice and presentable as we went to the main hall of the house

"So This is the suitor boy here to marry my daughter" He smirked

"Yes my Lord, I am" I nodded "If I may as to see her My lord?" I asked

"Not before your wedding, lead this boy to his room." He ordered so I sighed and let them lead me up to an old room across the house with a red and black canopy bed and a few other things so I put my stuff down and sighed sitting on the bed, I'm here to be married off to the lord's daughter even if knowone has ever seen her before, I have no idea what she will be like she never attends parties or anything I honestly have no idea why I was sold off to her, I don't know anything about this place but it defiantly keeps me on edge.

when I went down for dinner I sat and kept my eyes on the chair beside me that their daughter and my betrothal was meant to be sat at "My Lord My I ask where Miss Y/n is?" I asked

"In bed," he says

"Already?" I asked "It's not even dark yet," he says

"She spends most of her day in bed," He says

"Why?" I asked and he glared "If You Don't mind me asking my lord," he says

"she prefers it that way" he smirked "I would suggest you go to bed" he ordered so I nodded finishing the food and hurrying up to my room as it began to get dark, so I had a bath and got tucked up in bed.

When I woke up I felt my neck was stiff and it hurt a lot so I got up and checked in the mirror my neck looked covered in bruises and one side of my neck was even bleeding slightly what the hell happened last night. actually are they bruises or....hiki's? why would I have hiki's? what the hell is going on around here?

I had been here for about two weeks now and every night I woke up with blood on my neck and bruises or perhaps hiki's all over me, I woke up with one on my hip the other morning which made me a little worried, I know waking up with random bruises is something that happens but this is every single day and they're really fresh when I wake up it was rainy and stormy so the house was dark so I sat with the lord and lady still have not met my betrothal and I'm marrying her in three days "My Lord... I'm sorry but I can't sit idly any longer I wanna know what the hell is going on In this place!" I yelled getting up

"What are you talking about?" he asks

"What is going on! I have not even met my future wife, hell I haven't even seen her!" I complain "I keep waking up with these weird bruises and my necks always bleeding what on earth is going on!" I yelled, "If there is something going on in this house I wanna know." I said, "I'm marrying your daughter, one day I'll be lord of this place just let me know what the hell is going on!"

"I think you've kept him in suspense long enough daddy" a voice smirked behind me I turned a little shocked and I saw a girl in a long red dress "Hello thomas" she smirked

"H-helll ummm hello" I stuttered a little in shock

"Come along" she smiled offering her hand so I smiled and took her hand letting her lead m around te beautiful dark house she seemed so nice and sweet I would be thrilled to marry her if shes this nice all the time

"You know Y/n I really don't understand why they kept you from me, you seem lovely Y/n you really do" I smiled holding her hand as we got to my bedroom

"well there is a couple of reasons they kept me from you this long" she smiled

"Can you tell me Y/n?" I asked

"I have some... specific illness," she says

"An Illness? are you alright?" I asked

"I'm fine" she smiled "just a little unusual" she smiled giving my cheek a kiss making me blush a little so I gave her cheek a kiss as well but before I could move away too much I felt her kiss my neck

"Uhh y/n I uhh I- I'm not sure we should" I stuttered a little surprised at her kisses until I felt her bite me "AHh!" I complained pushing her away as she licked my blood from her lips "Thats why they kept you away from me....you're a vampire?" I asked and she nodded and smirked "Okay... I can live with that, sleep all day, party all night, let you give me hiki's ad suck my blood all day." I smirked "I can live with that darling" I smiled giving her lips a little kiss

"perfect" she smiled "I'll see you later tonight" she winked

"I'll be waiting, my vampire princess"
