Perrie's POV
I'm woken by the noise of my alarm. "Noooo," I groan, and quickly hit the snooze button to stop the annoying sound. "Just five more minutes ..." I close my eyes again, and feel myself drifting away. I want to get up, but I'm too tired. I can't help it, I need more hours of sleep.
...
"As a friend, it's my duty to wake you up. Even when it means that there's a chance that you'll rip my head off." As I slowly open my eyes, I see that Leigh-Anne grins at me.
"Ah, the monster is woken."
I groan, and rub my eyes. "What time is it?" I mean, if it's before noon, I might actually consider ripping her head off.
Leigh laughs. "I'm not sure what time it is, but I know that it's time for a special breakfast. It's good for the carbohydrates and proteins."
"Oh dear Lord, are you serious?" Leigh nods. "I'm definitely not kidding." I groan again. It seems to be a thing I do often, especially in the morning. "Give me five more minutes."
"Of course." Leigh stands up and leaves my room, giving me time to do whatever I'll be able to do in five minutes.
Since I only have this way too short time, which is barely enough to get up, I should leave my bed right away. Like, within one second. But I've tried it enough times to know that I'm not able to do that. Sleep is just too important to me.
"Perrie, did you already leave your bed?" I hear Leigh's shout from the living room and I can't help but smile a little. She just knows me too well.
"Yeah, of course! I'm already dressing myself. I feel like ..." I quickly think of something that always feels happy but can't come up with anything. "Never mind."
Leigh laughs. "Get up, Edwards."
I groan however I still leave my bed. "Fine."
I walk towards my wardrobe and quickly grab my sweatpants and a basic white t-shirt. Nothing special, I'll go with something comfy today.
I pull my hair together in a loose ponytail and leave the bedroom. "Ready!" I shout.
"About time ..." Leigh fakely sighs. "You're always so slow, Perrie. Unless you're driving. Then you drive faster than Sonic The Hedgehog runs."
I chuckle. "I guess they call it talent."
"And I guess we should eat my well-prepared breakfast."
I nod. "I totally agree with that!" Just as I want to sit down, I realize that my phone is ringing. "Dammit." I groan, as I'm almost too late to pick up.
"Hi, this is Perrie Edwards."
"Hey Perrie! It's Liam. I've got to tell you a few things about the house. Do you have time now?"
News about the house! Oh god, I'm so curious, excited and happy at the same time. I can't even explain. But I know that Liam and the news have to wait, since Leigh specially prepared this breakfast so we could catch up.
"Umm, well I actually was about to have breakfast."
"It will only take a few minutes, okay? I'll be in the studio for the rest of the day."
I sigh and look at Leigh. "I'm sorry" I noiselessly whisper, but she understands and nods. "It's fine, I bet it's something important." I blow her an airkiss in response.
"Okay then, I'm so curious anyway."
"Cool. Well, I'm all moved out now. I know it's very fast, but I've been planning this for weeks. Even before you and I compounded, so if you want you can pack up and move in here. At least I guess. We still have to make the buying official but I don't know anything about real estate."
