A/N: PLEASE READ
Okay so I haven't seen y'all in a long time. How ya doing? This is captain Hava speaking and this chapter is finally finished. You have NO idea how long this took. Simply bc school and other issues. I was really stubborn, I wanted this chapter to be long and perfect and even though Fabienne was supposed to continue this chapter and make it even longer but we couldn't keep y'all waiting. (The amount of times she yelled at me to write lmao) Anyways, I hope y'all are ready for some good stuff in the next few chapters bc this story just oficially took off. (Also we might change our username so just a heads up)

Please please comment your opinion, anything. We worked REALLY hard and put a lot of effort in our chapters thus a comment would mean a lot! Don't forget to vote bc you're beautiful.

Perrie's POV

Clarisse finishes her hour long rant as me and Liam listen closely. He leans back in his chair and narrows his eyes. "That's a whole lot of crap I need to remember," he says and takes his cup of coffee. We were at this cute coffee place close to Liam's house. I don't like coffee, as I might have pointed out before, but I like the smell. It's oddly reassuring and comforting.

Clary rolls her eyes at Liam's comment. "If you want to sell your house, you'll need to know this." She turns to me and sets her cup of tea down. "Perrie, did you get prequalified and preapproved for your mortgage?"

Liam coughs to cover up his laughing. Now I'm the one rolling my eyes. "I have enough money to buy a castle, of course my bank is going to qualify and approve me for my mortgage." I didn't want to sound stuck up or like a brat, but it was true. I don't think I need a mortgage or a loan. Clarisse nods. "Obviously you don't need a real estate agent ... do you want Liam's home to be appraised before you buy it?"

Me and Liam look at each other, questioning but already coming to an answer. "No, I already made the offer I want and he accepted. As soon as I buy the house, I will transfer the money to him."

Clary opens her briefcase and takes out a binder. "Considering you don't need a mortgage, you won't need a conveyancer either so that spares you guys weeks of getting paperwork done. So assuming that, I'll get straight down to the last step. Exchange of contracts," she says and puts two files in front of me and Liam. "Read them thoroughly."

Liam groans and I grin at his childish reactions. The reading of the stupid contracts took about twenty minutes, considering I didn't even understand half of what was being said. Hey, don't look at me like that. I'm not a litigator, I don't understand any of these legal concepts. By signing the contracts, we agreed to everything and I honestly couldn't be more happy to be done with this.

"I normally don't do this for clients but you're family so I'll handle the rest," Clarisse puts the contracts back in her briefcase and stands up. We follow her lead and stand up too. "Thank you so much, Clary," I say and lean in for a hug. She rubs my back before pulling back. Then she and Liam shake hands and he thanks her too.

We step outside and walk to Liam's car. Leigh-Anne took ours because she had, and I quote, "things and stuff" to do.

Liam's phone rings and I keep in my chuckle as Hit Me Up by Gia plays. The most feminine song ever. "Sophia did that," he tells me, feeling the need to explain himself before he answers the call.

"Hi Zayn, no I was just about to drop Perrie off and then go buy Sophia's birthday present."

I freeze in my seat, slightly uncomfortable with the mention of his name. I look at Liam and his face is a mixture of confused and pissed off. "What do you mean I can't hang out w- ... Zayn don't act like a goddamn child. I'll call you later," Liam says, ending the call. He throws his phone in the back and it lands on one of the seats, nearly missing the trunk.
