Leigh-Anne's POV

The silence is dreadful.

We are back in Tulisa's house but everyone is quiet. Tulisa seems to be deeply lost in her thoughts and no one wants to disturb her. We give her time to think about all this. I can get it's hard for her to believe any of the crap we told her but something inside me tells me that she feels it's true.

Jade intertwines our fingers and I hold onto her hand, feeling anxious. She squeezes my hand, reassuring me it will be okay. Almost as if she could sense I was scared.

"Truth to be told," Tulisa looks at all of us and continues. "I have no idea of what's going on or what to do."

All the hope I had gathered was suddenly taken away from me.

This can't be happening.

"Although, there is one thing I might know."

Thank God.

"The person who did this obviously has the power to completely change your fate. I once read that something powerful as this can only be done once."

I look and see the others are as confused as me. This is honestly strange. It sounds like we're in some kind of fiction novel.

"I can't change what has been done," Tulisa says and stands up. My heart almost broke hearing her words and I could feel Jade's hand trembling in mine.

"But you can," Tulisa finishes and comes back with a small sized black box. She carefully took out a set of unusually big cards and lays them on the table. "My great-grandmother learned me how to lay tarot cards. Someone changed your lives and you have to change it back. Restore what has been broken."

I feel Jade's pulse quicken, mine doing the same.

"These cards will tell you something that might help." Tulisa spreads them over the table in one swift movement. "Hover your hand above the cards until one sticks."

Perrie moves forward in her seat, towards the table. "I'll go first." Her hand is shaking. As Tulisa said, she was going over the cards slowly, waiting until one sticks. Eventually, her hand stops at one. She picks it up and looks at it, then shows it to us. It was a vague drawing of two hands, reaching out for each other.

Perrie hands the card to Tulisa, who studies it. "Unite what has been teared apart," Tulisa says, handing it back to Perrie. "What's that supposed to mean?" Her tone was confused and a bit lost.

"I'm sorry, all I can do is tell you what the card tells me. You have to figure out the rest. But remember, what you do has to be done in secrecy."

That probably means we can't tell the other girls. This is going to be hard.

Perrie puts the card back to where she took it from and makes room so Jesy has the space to take a card. Jesy repeats Perrie's actions until she stops and picks up a card.

I didn't get a good look at it but it seemed to be an arrow flying at a heart broken in two.

"Take over the role of Cupid," Tulisa says. Jesy was obviously confused because all you had to do was look at the weird expression on her face. It would have amused me if the situation wasn't scaring me.

Next is Jade. I can feel her shaking uncontrollably as she lets go of my hand. As soon as she picks up a card, I can see it was a cloud separated from a whole bunch of clouds.
