We were sitting at the fountain at Plaza San Lorenzo Ruiz, in front of the Binondo church, when I asked Penny the hard-hitting question.

"Who's that Primo Lopez?"

"Hmm?" She looked back at me with eyes so innocent. She didn't quite hear what I said because she was busy eating kwek-kwek. I rephrased the question.

"Primo Lopez? That guy you were with at the charity ball last night."

"Oh, he's just a corporate family friend na pinakilala sa akin ni Dad. He graduated top of his batch and he's just fresh off the boards at top 2." She told me like it was an information that can be easily taken from the back of her mind.

Penny just made him sound more intimidating now. "Wow, dami mong alam tungkol sa kaniya ah. Impressive." I hinted a dry attachment to the topic.

"Bakit parang affected ka?" She asked with a smile on. I can't help but make a sarcastic remark. "Bagay kasi kayo."

She shuffled as she slightly slapped my arm. "Ano ka ba! Masyadong matanda para sa 'kin 'yun!" She took a defensive stance.

I became silent. The jealousy reflected right through me like a mirror. I'm sure she clearly sees it.

She scooted towards me, slowly closing in her face right at me, until it was just a few centimeters away.

"May nakapagsabi na ba sa 'yo na ang cute mo pag nagseselos ka." She said.

Sobrang lapit niya. I can already feel her breath touching my face with every word she just said. Hindi ko maigalaw ang ulo ko kasi pag lumingon ako sa kaniya, sigurado magtatagpo na ang mga labi namin.

"Don't get too close. Baka di ko mapigilan sarili ko." I said.

"Paano kung gusto ko pang lumapit?" She asked, almost seductively.

"Sige ka, halikan kita diyan."
