I've been reflecting for the last few weeks on my actions and how I can fix the situation between myself and Nia. I took Cesar, Mimi, and Nia's advice about addressing this issue with Danielle. Of course, I wasn't going to talk to Danielle so I got me an attorney outside the family, I don't need them any more involved than they already are. Especially Gigi, she's going through hard time with finding out Titi Brook is sick. She's been by her side the entire time making sure she goes to her doctor's appointments and also making sure that her kids know that everything is going to be okay. The same way she did when Gigi was sick. I don't think we ever really talked about how Titi Brook took Gigi being sick for that month. At first, she thought she was back to her old ways, but once she found out it was serious, she kicked in to mother mode frfr, and when the grandmothers weren't there she was definitely there. Damn I can't imagine losing my aunts any of them at that.

How can I help you today the receptionist said as I approached the desk? Yes, I am here to do a DNA test. Ok last name. Anderson! She typed the information into the system. Alright you're registered the other party is already here as well. Really! Mhm they got here about 10 mins ago, they're right over there she said pointing to Danielle and a girl sitting over against the wall. Thanks, I said leaving the desk. Obviously, I wasn't going to approach them because I already knew how this was gonna go and I ain't have time for that. When I tell you I about stared hole in them, I did, because this girl looked like my mom a little bit. It was un-nerving and scary, because I could find out in a few hours that she was in fact my daughter.

Mr. Anderson! Huh! I said looking up at the clinician. We're ready for you. Oh okay I said giving them one last look and catching Danielle's attention. She looked at me and then looked at the girl. I followed him to the back to start this process. So, we're doing a dna test today? Yes, we are. Alright so there are two methods, one is quicker than the other. How quick is quick? A matter of hours versus about a month if we send it off to the other lab. I'll take hours over weeks I said eagerly. I figured he said laughing a little bit. He proceeded to prep me for the test and small talk as well. I am going to draw a sample of blood and then send over to our inhouse lab technicians for review. Ok I said. After he drew blood, he gave me a band aid and labeled the tube with a sticker. Here is your portion if you want you can call in about 3 hours and they should have your results. Could I possibly come back and get them in person? You really want to come back here? I don't mind I just want to make sure I get this handled efficiently. Ok then here go, this has the main number the other tubes will be labeled with the letter B and C at the ends. Thanks, I said taking the paperwork from him.

When I walked out Danielle and the girl weren't there anymore. I had a few hours to kill so I decided to go and see Phillip. I've been slacking with my mentorship role to him, cause I got caught up in all this drama but I want him to know that I still got love for him and I'll always be around for him. What up man? What you doing here Charli he said smiling. I thought I'd come check on you, I've been slacking on my duties as your homie. I am good just hanging in there. Where's Faith? She's um working on her EP. You okay with that? I mean what can I do about it, it's what she wants to do. She also wanted to be a teacher too, what happened to that dream. I guess fame got in the way, he said nodding his head. He was going to go to grad school but decided to wait for a little bit and settle in with Faith. He even told me he had plans to propose to her as well. Listening to him tell me all his plans took my mind off the obvious which was getting these results. After 3 hours I finally made my way back to the testing facility. I didn't sign back in or anything, I just went straight back to the office and waited for the clinician to come in. He came in 5 minutes later with some news that I honestly didn't know that I was ready to hear.
