Okay! I'm sorry about that chapter, I'll probably delete it or do something.
In the chapter "Captured" when Steven go hit by pearl, he got mad and eventually got blinded by rage, not wanting to run away but to fight for himself, and honestly didn't care for anything.
CONNIE I know she is confusing to read, but that's why I'm going back to modify chapters.
Before bleeding vines, I will modify to where the gems never knew it was Steven, not Connie. They'll believe that the monster had took Steven or possibly shattered since they couldn't find Steven after the battle, and maybe they find pink shards of one of the spikes Steven has on his corrupted form.
I am truly sorry. And I didn't mention but sometimes I forget some events that took place in the book, like Connie watching Steven getting corrupted. If you guys are mad, please don't hate me for it, I have a very bad memory, ANYWHO I'm gonna go through the chapters or maybe just rewrite the book, I dunno, just don't expect new chapters anytime soon, other than updates on older ones.
