Asa woke up the next morning to Iruka still sleeping. Lately he had been up before her, but the events from last night made them both tired enough to stay asleep. As she was sitting up in bed, the sheets covering her fully there was a knock on the door. Asa ran to throw on a pair of pants and Iruka's shirt.
She opened her bedroom door to see Naruto standing there in his pj's. She smiled at the boy, before leading him away. Knowing what he wanted this early was breakfast. She walked into the kitchen, starting her routine of making breakfast for the two that lived with her.
As Asa was cooking, her back to the door, lost totally in thought when she felt arms wrap around her midsection. Asa let out a giggle as she looked to see Iruka's smiling face behind her. Naruto made gagging noises behind them as she laughed some more at the boy.
When the woman was done cooking she brought the food over to the table, setting the plates in front of the two guys. She then sat next to Naruto as always. The three eat in silence, not having much to say.
"Naruto your starting the first exam right?" Asa asked looking over at the boy. Naruto looked up with a full mouth of food, nodding his head as an answer.
"We're proud of your team to be doing this," Iruka smiled. He was proud, but worried at the same time. Asa looked to the man in front of her, seeing the worry on his face but knowing that he meant the words he said.
"Really?" Naruto looked to the two adults. Asa gave a grin to the boy as Iruka chuckled.
"Of course-" Asa started to say when there was a knocking noise at the door. She stood from her seat and walked to the front door. Opening it to see Sakura and Sasuke waiting outside.
"Is Naruto here? We wanted to walk with him," Sakura said smiling. Asa nodded, turning her head while yelling Naruto's name. The boy then bounded into the door way, looking at his teammates in confusion.
"I thought we were meeting there?" The boy asked. Sasuke rolled his eyes as Sakura shook her head.
"We came to get you. Come on we gotta go," The girl said pulling at Naruto's arm.
"Get dressed first. Come in guys. He will only be a minute," Asa said pushing Naruto to get dressed. The blond then ran from the door way and into his room. Iruka heard the noise and walked towards the front door to see Sasuke and Sakura inside the house standing next to Asa.
"Hello guys," smiled Iruka.
"Hello Iruka sensei," both of team sevens students said. The man smiled to the kids, before kissing Asa and walking away. The woman blushed like she always did, he still knew how to make her blush. Sakura looked up at the older woman to see a pink tint to her cheeks.
"Are you dating Iruka sensei?" The girl asked. Asa looked down at the pink haired girl, the green eyes of Naruto's teammate staring at her.
"Y-yes. I am," the woman answered. They went silent again, then hearing Naruto running into the room with Iruka trailing behind him. Naruto said his good byes running out the door with Sasuke and Sakura following behind him. Iruka laughed as he walked up to Asa, snaking his arms around her.
"I'll be with the Hokage today for the chunin exams. I'll see you later, don't worry about lunch," Iruka told the woman kissing her lips. Asa walked back to the kitchen after Iruka left to clean up a little. The hospital a had given her time off for the chunin exams so, if she was requested by the Hokage she had the free time. This happened once before after she made chunin when she was younger.
Asa cleaned the table, then started on the dishes. As she was cleaning knocking came from the door. Asa walked over to the door opening it to see Kakashi was standing there.
"Hello Kakashi," smiled the Namikaze.
"Hey Asa," Kakashi smiled back walking into the house. Asa followed him as she closed the door. They both walked into the living room, Asa sat on the couch as Kakashi sat on the arm of the couch. Asa rolled her eyes at the man, knowing that he always did this to her.
"Why are you here Kakashi?" The woman questioned looking up at her friend.
"Well, I figured you had time off. The kids are in the exams why not train like we used to," Kakashi told the woman. Asa smiled standing up, the woman ran to her bedroom, throwing on her ninja outfit before running back to Kakashi while tying her Leaf headband around her neck.
The two then walked to the back yard, Asa held a smirk as they both got into a fighting stance. Asa held a kunai up pointed in front of her as Kakashi lifted his headband showing the Sharingan.
"Playing that card?" Laughed Asa. She made a hand sign for the justu her brother made. Minato had shown her how to be the yellow flash. She had trained for years to use it, only within the last two being able to finally get it down. She laced the seal onto her kunai. Doing this so Kakashi hadn't noticed. Asa then made more hand signs to distract him.
"Wind style: multi blade," Asa shouted. The wind picked up slicing everywhere as Kakashi dodged. Asa then took this as the time to throw the kunai right behind him. Kakashi hadn't noticed this, Asa took the time to teleport to the kunai catching Kakashi off guard as she held another kunai up to his neck.
"I win," whispered Asa. A laugh came from the tree next to her, Asa then looked up to see Kakashi sat there looking at the woman.
"I see you mastered it. I hadn't noticed at first, then when I felt the kunai next to my foot that's what tipped me off," the man called out. Asa shook her head, hoping to have gotten Kakashi but he was still skilled. The silver haired man jumped from the tree, the clone then disappearing as he walked over to Asa.
She then threw her foot up, trying to catch him in Taijutsu. Kakashi blocked her attack and she went again, kicking and punching at the copy ninja. Kakashi would block and kick as well, trying to get her as well. Asa was always fast, having trained with Guy for a few years. She learned how to be quick, having the Hokage as a brother made a person want to be just as good or even better. Asa always worked hard.

Asa sat on the ground panting as Kakashi sat next to her reading his book. They had decided to take a break from training. She had been inactive for too long that she was winded after two hours. Asa was used to training for hours on end. Asa laid back onto the ground her head on Kakashi's leg."So Iruka huh," said Kakashi. Asa looked at the man who never looked from his book.
"Yeah. Wait how did you know?" Asa questioned. The two never said anything to a lot of people. Asa only told her friend and Sakura who questioned her.
"I heard my team talking about it," Kakashi said looking into Asa's eyes, "You know, Minato might not be here. But I'm still like a brother so just remember he goes missing if he hurts you."
Asa laughed, "I don't think Iruka would do that. We met him right. He was like Naruto growing up, he's sweet. I have nothing to worry about."
Kakashi nodded knowing what she meant. Iruka tried being the class clown and got into a lot of trouble, Asa usually following suit in his actions. Both their grades had slipped because of the trouble they found themselves in. But after having to grow up and take care of Naruto, they matured more.
They both stayed silent, Kakashi reading his book as Asa closed her eyes. They didn't say much for the next few minutes until they heard noises from the front of the house. Footsteps were heard making their way to the back yard where Asa opened her eyes to see Iruka standing there looking at the two with a smile.
"I see Asa got some training. I was gonna ask her to train with me like we used to," chuckles Iruka as he sat by his girlfriend. Asa shook her head, still resting on Kakashi.
"Yeah. If you say so," Asa said rolling her eyes. The three sat like that for a few hours. Talking and relaxing, something the ninjas never get to do often.
