Chapter 4
I take that back.
I repeat, I take what I said about him back. He is not good. He is bad.. badbadbadbad. Very bad, Super annoying and I hate him. That's right. I. Hate. Him. Just the pure sight of him makes my blood boil. Why oh why do I have to marry him?
"Jamie." A very annoying voice snickered. "Where's my lovely bride-to-be?" Greyson said in a singsong voice.
"Shut it, goofball." I snapped, rolling my eyes.
The moment he entered the room, his eyes widen in surprise and his jaw slightly. Okay, let's just say that this was the big day that I'll wear my wedding dress.
Yup... It's my "secret" wedding day with this goofball.
He shifted uncomfortably as he eyed me, wearing the white gown that everybody praises and adores. Yup. I am getting married. And I don't think there's a way out.
The wedding dress hasn't got no veil, though. Cause Dad said that we will re-marry by the time we were 18. And that was where the secret reveals. Meaning celebrities, fans and paparazzi will know. Dream come true?
I say no.
"You'll catch flies, Mr. 'That-was-my-favorite-hoodie'. " I smirked. He blinked his eyes twice then smirked.
"Yes. And after this wedding you will be Mrs. 'That-was-my-favorite-hoodie'. " He folded his arms and leaned against the wall. He was watching me intently as I put Granma's favorite pin on my hair. He was wearing a black tux, with the tie loosened. I'll admit he looks good.
"You look human, today." He smirked.
"I could say the same thing to you." I shot back. I was about to open my mouth to say something more about him but he interrupted me with a soft chuckle coming out of his lips.
"I know these past few days, we were torturing each other with words. But hey!" He laughed. "It's our big day. You should be happy."
"With you beside the altar, I don't think so." I spatted.
"It's okay." He shrugged. "You don't have to admit that you like me. I can live with that."
"As if." I scoffed.
He wiggled his eyebrows at me smirked. "See you at the altar, wifey." He exclaimed then ran out of the room.
Oh man...
****************************************
The priest was saying weird things that I don't wanna hear. Saves me from depression, for your information. Outside, I was staring from a distance. Inside, I was screaming like a mad woman. Oh man... Why can't they understand that I'm too young to get married.
Stupid friendship with my dad.
"Snap out of it, Jamie." Greyson whispered beside me. "Don't tell me you're in rainbow monkey island full of unicorns, again."
"As much as I want to, sadly, I'm not." I whispered back. "This commitment is too damn depressing."
"Commitment? Is that what marriage is all about?"
"Duh." I rolled my eyes.
"Pssshh.... Commitment doesn't seem to appear on my vocabulary."
"Good for you." I whispered back.
Will you take Jamiellyn Miller to be your lawful wedded wife?
"I do." He flashed a smirk at me as he gently held my hand.
I rolled my eyes as I let out a frustrated sigh. "Flashy." I whispered.
"Of course." He proudly whispered.
And you Jamiellyn, will you take Greysoon Michael Chance to be your lawful wedded husband?
"I do." I said in a monotone voice.
"You do, huh?" He smirked.
"Like I have a choice."
You may now kiss the bride.
Greyson gently held my hand and leaned closer. "Listen bub, this will be the first and the last time that you'll kiss me, are we clear?" I whispered, menacingly.
His eyes drifted to my lips then back to my eyes. Actually, this is the first time I took a good look at his eyes. It's so..... Brown and.....deep.
"Crystal clear." He whispered then pressed his lips against mine.
