When she opens her eyes, the bright light blinds her as she sits up. She finds herself confused when she wakes up in a room with Charles, Josie, and Elijah. She try's to stand up but fails when her knees wobble. "Hey hey, take it easy, you just hit your head pretty hard." She touches the back of her head and tries to stand up anyways. "Owww." She says when she feels a knot there.

Elijah quietly goes to where she was sitting and says, "I'm sorry, maybe I shouldn't have come." Natalie smiles weakly, and hesitantly runs her hand through his curly hair. "It's okay....... I know this is a random question to ask right now but why do you have a British accent?" "Well I go to an all boys boarding school in England. My physics class was taking a trip here to America and once we got to New York I decided to escape and come see you." Charles and Josie both looked confused.

"I'm sorry whose child is this?" Josie asks, as Elijah turns around and introduces himself. "Hi, I'm Elijah."
"Hello Elijah I'm-"
"I know who both of you are. You're Josie Calvin and you're her brother, Charles Calvin."

Just then, Jessica comes in the room panting and out of breath. "We have a problem." She says. "What is it?" Natalie asks. Before Jessica can even answer, a lady walks in and roughly grabs Elijah by the arms. The lady looked young, was wearing a very nice outfit and had a lot of makeup on. Could this be his grandma?

She grabs him and drags Elijah out of the room but Jessica, Charles, Josie and Natalie all follow her out. "I don't want to go." Elijah cries out loud. "Well you don't have a choice! When we get home you're going back to Bedford, you hear me?" Elijah does something to her that causes her to let go of him and he runs straight to Natalie to hug her tight.

"Don't let her take me. Please mom." At this point, it felt like the the whole hospital was watching. "Elijah James Anderson. Let's go." She yelled. "Wait, did he just call you mom?" Josie asks. The lady ignores what she says and walks to where Natalie is to pull Elijah away from her but Natalie instinctively grabs Elijah's other hand. The lady turns around and gives Natalie a nasty look.
"Let go of him." She says. "He's my son. I'm not letting you take him." The lady lets go of Elijah's hand and she chuckles.

"Your son? You didn't want him! You came to me to help you get an abortion remember? All of a sudden, now he's your son?"
"You're right......... I did want to get an abortion but after finding out about him, after knowing what you did behind my back, I don't him near you. You're sick."

"I'm sick? You wanted to kill a baby! I'm the one who saved him!" She yelled. "You're right. I didn't want to have him, I mean it's not like I was raped or anything by a group of people including your son!"
"Don't you dare talk about my son like that!" Natalie and Lily were just inches apart from each other now. "Why? Because that's what he is, a rapist!" Natalie screams. In rage, Lily pushes Natalie so hard that she hits her head against the wall behind them and is knocked unconscious.

Lily grabs Elijah angrily and exits the hospital.
