Natalie POV
I'm with Elijah, walking through the park while planning out what school would be the best fit for him. "So do you want to go to an all boys school again or no?" He shakes his head before looking at all the trees. "No but grandma said that I'm not going to a public school either, so can you talk to her?" I knew how Lily felt when it came to me but when it comes to Elijah, who can say no to him. "..... I don't know..." "Please." He begs, making the same face Noah makes when he begs for something that I already said no to. "Okay fine I'll try. For now we're just gonna get you back home." The park wasn't far from Lily's house so we just walked there. Now we're back at her house. "It's lonely here. Can you stay?" Elijah asks me while we're sitting on the porch. I shake my head. "I can't. I gotta go and you have some homework to do mister." He laughs. "You're a horrible mom you know." I gasp and dramatically grab at my heart. "Wow, that hurts. I thought I was a cool mom." I say laughing. He shakes his head and laughs too. "I hope you didn't forget, it's my birthday in three days." He says as I run my hand through his curly hair.
"I know. I think I got what you wanted." His face lights up. "Really what is it?" I shake my head. "It's a surprise. If I tell you then it wouldn't be a surprise young man." I say ruffling his hair. "Anyways, I think it's time for you to go and get some sleep." 
"Can I see you tomorrow?"
"I can't. Noah's coming today so I'm gonna spend some time with him tomorrow, besides, tomorrow is Lily's day with you. Sorry little man." He nods before giving me a hug and I kiss his forehead. We both stand up and off he goes into the house. I wait a little while for JP to come pick me up. When he gets here, I get in the car and we drive back to the hotel.
